I've seen tons of negative reviews, but my experience has always been pretty good. They have a nice selection of Frozen Yogurt and toppings. The employees are friendly but are usually on their phones when we come up to pay. I still prefer Menchie's a lot more. I usually come here before going into the Regal 16 Cinema next door.

Have always loved TCBY, but the Barkley store is always filthy. Tasting cups and waffle cones are never stocked. Tables are dirty, and the floor is so gross you stick to it. Employees don't welcome you, many times aren't anywhere to be seen. It's so sad that this is the only ice cream offered in Barkley Village. Management needs to be present and fix this poor store.

Very dirty inside. The dispensers, windows and the condiment section were all filthy. Don't go. Someone please open a better cleaner facility

Poor staff, no one around for the first few minutes. Floor was super sticky (don't wear flip flops, you mighthave to leave them) tables were not clean either. Only one other table occupied. Won't be back.

Yogurt was tasteless and missing something. Service was nice and greeted upon entering. I prefer Menchie over TCBY. This was also my second time at this location and once again disappointed.

Just so-so fro-yo. I felt bad for the guy working the counter, since it's not a happenin' place despite proximity to theater. Floors were sticky and the selection of yogurt flavors was blah. Decent variety of fun toppings, though. I loaded up on different gummies, marshmallows, and circus animal cookies. 55 cents per ounce equated to $16 for two people using the regular size bowls. As an adult, not super impressed. However, my thirteen year old thought it was great. I might go again (before/after a movie) but not make a special trip.
I like this place a lot but I really wish they would consistently have the non-dairy almond milk chocolate (and/or vanilla) It tastes so good but just showing up and having to see only sorbet as non dairy is disappointing once you have tasted the almond milk chocolate. It doesnt have to be thst particular almond milk one just any non-dairy that is chocolate or vanilla would be great :)

This place has gone so down hill since it first opened. Everything used to be so clean and staff so friendly. Now everything is dirty staff are unfriendly and the food has a funny taste . When music is being blasted on full valume and you are ignored by staff the whole time it makes for a horrible experience I would never bring a child in here and will not be returning.

Probably the countries most 'okay' yogurt shop. Not impressed, oddly tasting yogurts compared to competitiors and just yogurt in general. Why do they not trust me with puting on my own toppings?! Overall not worth my time or money.

Poor service (young man on his phone) and only one other customer in the store. Floors and tables were dirty. Yogurt is icy with an odd aftertaste. Even the chocolate sauce and sprinkles tasted strange. My toddler and I couldn't even finish the yogurt. There was even a squabble between the employees in front of customers. Menchie's is far superior in service, cleanliness, environment, and product. Very big disappointment.
