Have eaten here a couple times now and each time it has been great on every level. Really outstanding service and the food is delicious and unique. The Albatross is one of the best cocktails I've ever had and the smoked oysters are insanely good. Will definitely keep coming back.

Hands down, the best meal I've had in ages! The black cod dish was melt in your mouth perfection full of flavors and textures. Hurry while it's still in season!

My wife and I had a fabulous experience at the Admiralty tonight! We received excellent service and had wonderful meals! We both enjoyed each part of the meal and we kept offering each other a taste of our own meals to share the experience with each other. I had the flank steak and it was prepared to perfection! Highly recommend this place!!!

An EXCELLENT spot for food and cocktails! We loved our experience at the bar and enjoyed a few small plates to share. Everything was flavorful and on-point.

Fun location and welcoming space with large bright windows. We were greeted warmly by the owner. The happy hour deep fried rock cod with coleslaw was a generous portion and delicious. For entrees, my partner enjoyed the blackened cod and I had the garlic shrimp small plate coupled with the beet salad. Everything was fresh and really tasty. We sent our compliments to the chef. Our service was timely, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while as I was told it had the best Caesar salad in town. After finally coming in I find that best Caesar in town is an understatement. The best I’ve ever had and will be the bar to which I rate every Caesar I have from now on. All that aside, the rest of the food (hanger steak and garlic shrimp) were absolutely fantastic. Service and atmosphere impeccable. Can’t wait to come back.

After trying to walk into three other top-rated restaurants in downtown Bellingham on a Friday night in June with a party of five, The Admiralty Lounge had an open table. Initially going for just a drink, we stayed for dinner. We’re glad we did. Here’s our experience.
1) Food: We started with the salmon dip, which everyone really loved. It comes with little toasted bread slices.
The menu is heavy seafood, but there are a few options without. Walking in hungry, I ordered the deviled eggs, Caesar salad, and the shrimp (all small plates). Each dish was full of flavor and delicious!
2) Drinks: They have a robust menu. Enjoying more sweet drinks, I ordered the Spa Day. I don’t love it. It’s mainly ice and not sweet at all. It wasn’t tart, just muted. I then ordered a local raspberry cider, which was very tasty. (It’s dry cider.)
3) Service: Phenomenal. Everyone was top notch- efficient and personable.

Great full service bar focused on cocktails. Their house specialty cocktails are good and offer a wide range of options from sweet to liquor forward drinks.

Excellent menu with unique flavors that stand out but respect classic tastes people are used to. Always appreciative of places that do non alcoholic cocktails well. Very quiet on a Thursday afternoon, no rush, definitely the time to go.
The pork belly and smoked oysters were the right choices for appetizers.

Fantastic find after a hike near Bellingham. The owner was bartending and super friendly, Albatross cocktail was my fave, the pork belly skewers with homemade chili crisp were melt in your mouth, hush puppies were delicious, but OMG the mussels and fries in yellow curry were addicting as hell. They season the fries with a curry seasoning that almost reminded me of the seasoning on Singapore noodles. So flavorful, crispy, and the curry sauce I could drink. Will def be back when in Bellingham!

Came last year, the curried mussels and fries were amazing, and the cocktails were great. The Old Fashioned was the tastiest I've had yet. Service was a little slow at the bar.
