Got a redbull and a coffee and wasn’t super impressed. The redbull had no carbonation and was completely flat, the coffee was still warm on the bottom which is just always a baristas biggest pet peeve when getting an iced latte, and there was barely any flavor to the cold foam.

We stopped at the Bean Stop for a quick drink, and I’m so glad we did! The server was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond for us. We were curious about the specialty drinks and wanted to know if any had caffeine. Instead of guessing, she took the time to grab one of the jars and read the ingredients out loud—and even let us take a look ourselves. Now that is what I call customer service!
I can’t remember the name of the drink (it was one of their 4th of July specials), but as you can see in my photo, it looked amazing—and it tasted even better. What truly made it great, though, was the experience. I wish I had gotten her name—she had blonde hair, beautiful nails, and was working on Sunday afternoon, July 6th.
