Went here on Valentines day with my fiancee and was very happy with the food and service we recieved. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Service was great
Had the club, good portion size for price but felt quality was a little below what it should be. The sandwich could have used about 20% less butter and mayo, lettuce was oldish and fries could have been a bit more crispy.
Fair amount of gluten free options

We had a lovely meal with a wonderful view at the Bistro at Shuksan. We had the jambalaya and the salmon pasta dinners. The salmon was cooked to perfection with the pasta that had a very flavorful sauce. The jambalaya was perfect with seafood and seasoned very well. It was a warm day and we ate on the terrace. You could see the mountain, trees and golf course. It was a perfect evening.

Love love love this place. Only sad thing, they no longer do the Green fried Tomatos as a plate... over 2 hour drive just for those. Sad but still love this place.

Shuksan Bistro in Bellingham is a gem that showcases the culinary brilliance of its Louisiana-born chef. The fried green tomatoes were a standout, and as a native Texan with high steak standards, I can confidently say the Painted Hills ribeye was the one of the very best steaks I've had in the PNW. They made our anniversary special with a surprise complimentary crème brûlée. We returned for Father's Day, and the chicken and bubble waffle was a family favorite. The bistro's beautiful setting overlooking the golf course adds to its charm, making it a perfect spot for special occasions or to sit on the deck and enjoy cocktails and music.

I am DUMBFOUNDED at the hype for this place. The food was awful, ambience was non-existent, service was slow even with an empty restaurant–did y'all go to the same restaurant I did? Between the soggy food, ceiling tiles and wide open kitchen doors where I watched kitchen staff play catch with some sort of kitchen item while we waited an eternity for $100 worth of overpriced mush–the other reviews simply can't be serious.

Loved that I had the option to book this through open table. The food was top notch, the staff was so friendly, and we loved the view as well. Thank you for a wonderful Fathers Day Brunch!

The atmosphere is a bit different because the tables are set up in the old banquet/event area. That's the only thing wrong with this place. Our food was fantastic. Service was good and prompt. Definitely recommend. I just hope this place stays open when the golf course inevitably shuts down.

So many restaurants in our area are inconsistent, but the food here is always outstanding. First rate cocktails. The view while dining on the deck is also amazing!

Bistro at Shuskan came highly recommended and my experience did not fail. I had the Shrimp & Grits, and it is by far the best Shrimp & Grits I've ever had. The sauce and the way the dish was cooked was incredible. The service was friendly and attentive. The only minor complaint I had was the dining room needed more "flare" or "character" to give it a better vibe.

Incredible food. Easily the best food I've had in Bellingham. Well priced, local, beautifully plated, and delicious! Fast service. Great environment. In particular, our server Rae was phenomenal. Thank you Rae and the bistro staff!
