Red curry is delicious and not skimping on quantity. Might want to mention that it comes w rice when ordering on app, so people don't spend more adding more rice on side. Wouldn't recommend ordering on app as prices are a bit high. Spring rolls for almost $3 each, they are small.

Decided to get takeout from Toakom on my way back to Canada as it's conveniently located about 2 blocks from I5 off of Sunset. Food was delicious and fresh. They made the Drunken noodles Vegan and #5 heat for my son and he said it was excellent. I ordered the veggie with cashews and chicken with #3 heat for myself and it was HOT for me but I loved it. The #3 here is probably #5 at other restaurants. The serving was generous with big pieces of tender chicken and vegetables were cooked to tender crisp perfection. Mangoes and sticky rice was yummy and enough for us to share.
The service was very good! I'll be back for sure!

This food was out of this world good. And it was a huge serving, considering the price of food right and shrink inflation for serving sizes. Very friendly staff. Clean and calm environment very chill place.
Vegetarian options: Tofu, veggies of all sorts and large selection.
Dietary restrictions: I love the fact that they are so careful about any dietary restrictions you may have. As well as so so so many options for vegetarian.

The food is delicious! The lunch box sets are filling and reasonably priced -- my favorite is the red curry. I've been coming here for lunch and dinner since they opened and I'm never disappointed.
Parking: There are not a whole lot of parking spots but I usually manage to find one at lunchtime

Very thoughtful, kind and gracious host. Spice level 2 out of 5 puts you over many other scales but we found to be perfect. We ordered the Goong Gra Buang, Sizzling Tiger and Drunken Noodles with chicken. The Goong Gra Buang tasted fresh and delicious with big chunks of shrimp contrasting the ground chicken. The beef in the sizzling tiger was a bit tough and overcooked but the rest was excellent. The toasted rice was visible if not overly palatable, but all the other flavors were there. The Drunken noodles had quite a nice proportion of veggies to noodles and chicken. My wife usually prefers less onion and not too sweet which was achieved here. The egg was cooked to perfection as were the noodles, perhaps the chicken was overcooked by a little. The Thai iced coffee was perfect for a hot summer day, very enjoyable meal.
Vegetarian options: Thai is very vegetarian friendly.

Good food a year ago but staff unfriendly. Tried again today and staff angry and unpleasant
I've ordered here two or three times online in the past year. I loved Toakom Asian Bistro at first, but the last two dishes of Pad Thai both had incredibly hard, rock-like/quartz-like crystals in the food. They hurt my teeth horribly. I don't know what they were, but they kind of broke apart. It didn't dissolve like crystallized spices would, just stayed very firm, painful and inedible. I haven't and won't order from here again.
