I was surprised to find this pub in downtown Bellingham. Having recently moved up from Seattle, I was searching for an Irish or Scottish type place similar to what there was down there. This pub fits the bill well. The interior is designed to be like the spots in Ireland, though a bit more upscale, complete with a couple of darts boards in the back. Amazing, low key, and chilled atmosphere! Prompt service and delicious pizza (in house fresh dough :) - I dare to say it might be the best pizza dough I have tried in Bellingham! The decor: outstanding & the friendly owner who was at the bar rocks!

So excited that Uisce is back! Have been before at their old location and it was a cool spot, and will definitely aim to make their new location a regular sipping spot. It's got this cozy speakeasy vibe a lil bit and is in a STUNNING space.
