Super friendly employees, fresh food, and a clean dining area were what made our stop well worth it. There was something about the fries that made them just a little bit better than usual fries. Maybe they were left in the fryer for a few seconds longer, I don't know. But they were perfectly golden brown and crispy without being overdone, dry, or soggy! The chicken nugget breading was loose and the nuggets fell apart kind of easily, but that may be a supplier issue and not a cooking/serving issue. I did ask for BBQ and got ranch instead, but it's still better than none at all!

Literally gave me uncooked and unheated cheeseburgers, the cheese wasn't even melted, buns cold, patties were cold. Not even pre-made ones held in the fast hot hold. I'm a professional chef and know they just threw the cold patty and all the other ingredients on in a lazy attempt. Everything was cold. The chicken sandwiches I got were cooked because they have to fry them but all the burgers were pulled from cold and assembled without heating. All the burgers were freezing while the chicken sandwiches were warm. A lazy worker not wanting to do their job and try to get away with it.

I’ve given this Wendy’s more chances than it deserves. After FOUR times of getting my order wrong, I’ve had enough. Every single visit, I’ve been met with missing items, wrong ingredients, or completely incorrect meals. It’s beyond frustrating. The staff clearly don’t pay attention to details, and it shows in the sloppy service. I understand mistakes happen, but four times in a row? That’s a pattern of carelessness. I won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to steer clear unless you want to gamble with your order. Disappointing.

Thomas took our order today and he was so kind and also super attentive! He made us feel right at home and that’s rare to say at a fast food place. He checked in on how my food was and I heard him compliment a few other patrons. Wish we lived in Bellingham because I would come to this location more, specifically to see Thomas!
