The waiter was extremely rude and accused me of not leaving a tip, even confronting me outside the restaurant. He claimed there was nothing under the receipt plate and threatened to check the security cameras. I told him to go ahead and review the footage, as I had left the tip on the table under the receipt plate. Despite this, he continued to call me a liar, which was beyond insulting. His behavior embarrassed me in front of my family and other customers. I regret leaving a tip at all after this experience!! That will be the last time I will go there!!!

Food wasnt that great like it was before..the replenishing was slow and one staff member grabbed my wifes arm when she grabbed more than two oysters at a time,unfortunately my wife didnt see the sign that stated there was a two at a time limit for oysters..the staff member couldnt speak much english so she decided to grab my wifes arm and pointed at the sign in an angry manner!! Why would they appoint her to that station in the first place knowing her english is limited?! Our server was amazing and apologized for the incident but the oyster sitter was still glaring at us!!! Next time we cross the border we will be heading to burlington for a better food and service experience.

I have been here several times now and the service within the establishment is great, all the employees are quick and super respectful. The atmosphere of the place is what nice and organized and is as noisy as you would expect from a buffet, however I feel my main take away is that some of the food is getting worse and some options that used to be there have disappeared which I wouldn't be annoyed about to much, except the prices have also gone up at the same time. So I just feel I am not eating my moneys worth.

Took the family for the Sunday buffet and they had a great selection of seafood. Prawns shrimp crab and lobster. Nothing compares to this in Vancouver area. It cost less than $30 CDN per person which I thought was very reasonable for what they had there. Dessert bar is amazing as well.

Disgusting. No notion of sanitation. We saw this food-runner/station cleaning lady squeezing dirty water out of her rag right next to the fried rice and into the food container. When she did that, the squeezed dirty water splashed into fresh food next to it. She also piled up empty and dirty stainless steel food containers on top of new hot food that just came out and placed on the shelf. The cooks grabbed the empty and dirty bowls later. She grabbed dirty food and cleaned around the food stations and with the same hands, she touched foods that were put out by the chefs to dump them into the stations for customers. Her dirty rag often touched the new food that she was dumping into the station. She didn’t care. Unbelievably disgusting. What’s worse was that when a customer bumped into her, she yelled at her in Chinese ever so rudely. We couldn’t really eat anything after what we saw but whatever I ate before what I saw there has made me ill. Not going back for sure.

Food was okay, but I was splitting the bill with another person and the tip was going on their card. The waitress basically begged me to tip too and when I didn't, she wrote a tip over my "0" on my receipt and changed the total right infront of me and left the table to finish the transaction. She pretended to not understand so we just left.

Cold air blowing in your face. She dumped the water on me when she was pouring it and then just walked away. The food was so terrible I could barely eat it overpriced. Hard to chew seafood was freezing cold even though they just put it out and super overcooked everything and the roast beef tasted like water. I would never go back. I would have walked out but I was with my kids and wife. I don't know why there's so many people there. They must like very bad food
