Staff in never very friendly. Seems expensive. We keep going though. Kids like it and it's expensive.

I'm always worried the sushi won't be fresh on the conveyer belt but it was pretty good. Not a lot of selection on the belt but still great dinner out with the family

sushi is left on belt all day and the ones left over are used in the “umbrella rolls” the next day. Servers and service is amazing, only thing keeping it worth going. Do your digging around zen sushi before thinking of going here.

I have never been so uncomfortable in a restaurant before. After a long drive I came in, just myself for dinner. I said it was just myself that night and was the lead all the way to the back of the restaurant into a large booth by the employees personal things; passing ample seating, including single chairs facing the belt that no one else was seated at. I have a dietary restriction (dairy allergy) so I waited to be brought water so I could ask more about the menu. It took nearly 10 minutes to be brought water, after being walked by several times by the waiter and waitress. Finally I was approached with a "hello" to which I asked my question and then had to also ask for a glass of water. When I received the answer, it was that the only roll with dairy in it was the Philly roll which is obviously not true as other dishes listed on the menu, has cream cheese. I decided to just play it safe and pick ones I was absolutely sure had no dairy, which was incredibly difficult because the items on the belt did not match the items on the menu. I decided after a few plates that I was finished so I stacked them and set them on the edge of the table with my chopsticks and napkin on top and water cup next to it. After being walked by for 10 more minutes the waiter and waitress, who in that time checked on their other tables multiple times, the waitress finally brought over a water jug as if to refill my water. I asked my water not be filled and to get the check. It was incredibly unwelcoming and uncomfortable, especially after a long trip. I felt like they were trying to hide me in the back corner and ignore my existence because I was there alone.
Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, forget it! The menu doesn't match what's on the belt so it's a guessing game of what ingredients are in what.

Lots of options to choose from on the belt as well as from the menu. Nigiri was okay but miso and other rolls were delicious!!💖

It was a fun and different experience having the sushi delivered on a conveyor belt. The sushi could benefit from a bit more attention. Unfortunately the wasabi and ginger was delivered in plastic containers as well as the individual wrapped plastic spoons.

Avocado was completely brown and smooshy and the rolls I asked for sauce on they didn't put any sauce. Super expensive for getting old brown avocado and rolls not done the way I asked. Very disappointed
It was my son's and I's first time here and it was delightful. Piper (our waitress) was kind and very helpful.
The food was okay. Typical sushi for this area. The presentation was fun and my son loved picking what he wanted off the conveyor belt.
Vegetarian options: There is an entire section of the menu with only vegetarian options.
Parking: It's in the cinema parking area, so there's TONS of parking for free.
Kid-friendliness: Took my 8 year old son and they were kind and inclusive. The waitress was especially kind to him and made it a very pleasant experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs. No steps or raised areas.

The best thing about the atmosphere here was the bar area. Now it seems to just be closed all the time. So so sushi and no atmosphere… Just not worth it.
They did have some more affordable plates available. But there wasn't much of a selection on the belt. Most plates were in the $4 and up range. Don't get me wrong, I love my Sushi. I just prefer more of it/better selection.
