These girls never look happy or engage in any sort of conversation. i’ve been about 5-6 times this last month to give them the benefit of the doubt but oh my god. at least i get save a couple bucks without tipping. Bottom tier service, hope it’s not a management issue.

I was having a really bad day and decided to get some coffee and a sandwich and was not disappointed. Can honestly say the conversation and great drinks/breakfast food turned my day completely around. It seemed these hardworking individuals truly care about their customers and I wish I wasn’t broke so that I could tip them so much more. Zoom zoom has made a regular customer for life outta me!

Coffee was mondo good, but the chick serving us was totes shredded when she saw we didn't toss a tip for a simple coffee.
Coffee and chai are very milky. Seriously felt like we were given steamed milk. Milk alternatives were an additional dollar per drink on top of the already expensive (really saying something considering coffee prices in Bellingham.Do your wallet and tastebuds a favor and go literally anywhere else.The do sell beer, though. So, that's kind of cool. It would be fitting if I chugged one of their sixers and drunk drove through their milk shop.-Leo

I really loved coming here as I needed to find a new coffee stand. However i came through today and the barista loudly exclaimed how she’s made “No money because the last 5 customers haven’t tipped. I don’t think people realize we work for minimum wage”. This is really disappointing because I liked coming here. I work minimum wage and don’t even make tips, how self centered. I cannot afford to tip on top of a 7$ drink. But I found it more disrespectful she was saying it loudly so she knew that I could hear. This is extremely unprofessional and it truly made me sad because I enjoyed coming here. It was my go to stand. But if this is how I’m treated after coming for 4 months then I’m never returning. Extremely rude to say to a customer.

Didn’t feel welcome at all, not the best energy goin on. Also, the veggie patty on the sandwich was a replacement for meat that I was charged $1.25 for, and it’s so so so tiny. No veggies or anything and this sandwich was $7. Kinda sad haha. Just be prepared if you’re lookin for vegetarian options.
