Col Solare Winery offers a high-end experience with a focus on red wines, particularly Cabernet Sauvignon. The tasting room provides beautiful views, and the staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The wine flight includes a variety of wines accompanied by delicious small plates. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the wines justifies it.
The winery host, William, provides a delightful and enlightening wine experience. Guests can enjoy a lovely Sunday afternoon dwelling, pondering and relaxing in the lovely surroundings with world-class views and warm hospitality. The charcuterie and the Cabernet Sauvignon wines are highly recommended. The staff, including Melanie, are knowledgeable, attentive, and make guests feel like VIPs.
