Great experience! We really enjoyed learning about the three generations who have developed this winery into a showcase in the Red Mountain AVA. Wine cards with descriptions of each wine allowed us to set our own pace. We pre-ordered a large charcuterie for our group of eight.
My wife and I loved the wine selection. Kiona is making some top-notch wine. The location is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about their wine and the local wineries. I would recommend Kiona as your first stop in the Red Mountain AVA.
I cannot say enough good things about this winery! We booked a tasting along with a charcuterie board while we explored the local vinyards. We intended to only stay for an hour or so, but ended up loving the gorgeous balcony, delicious wine, and great service so much that we cancelled our next stop so we could spent a lovely afternoon with a bottle of their Lemberger and some more charcuterie.
