We ate here for the 5th time. Giving them any opportunity to have good food and service. Both were yet again another disappointment. our 6.00 salads came and it's a handful of lettuce. cheese, a few olives, and tomatoes. We ordered brats with chilli. Chilli was burnt, it was so awful. we frequent the palm especially during soup season and who doesn't love a good taco Tuesday. we wandered down there this evening for dinner with the family and April was amazing as always. we ordered the nachos, kids corn dogs, kids nuggets, and prime rib dip nicks way. everything was delicious as always. we are so happy we have somewhere close to eat with such a variety of food.
Hands down the best service, wings and atmosphere of any establishment in the tri cities. The staff is always warm, friendly and inviting. I love that it’s a family friendly environment! The place has had a major facelift with new ownership, making it clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the beer is ice cold. Visitors enjoy the great vibe, fun karaoke, and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant features a wide variety of food options and several beers on tap, along with a full bar and multiple TV screens to watch sports. There are also old school video games for kids and adults alike. Whether celebrating a birthday or just stopping by, guests have found the experience to be enjoyable, with good food, drinks, and friendly service. Kid-friendly until 9 pm, the Palm remains a beloved hometown bar, continuously improved while maintaining its cozy, small-town feel.
