Quite literally the slowest service I’ve ever received. Ordered online, showed up 5 mins before “Ready by” time and waited 20 mins past that time and still waiting. mind you, it was only 2 foot long sandwiches . Around 15 mins of waiting a dude came out the bathroom wearing flip flops and on the phone and walked behind the counter and started helping….

I found a HAIR in my Sub! Totally gross.as I started eating the Subway I found a hair in there. I am always used to the benton city location getting my order wrong or not listening to the special requests I asked for and I let it go because I understand they might be busy but just thought i'd say this it was disgusting finding a hair and kinda annoying no one picked up the phone when I kindly wanted to let them know what I discovered

Great sandwich! Had a gentleman and a woman working. Felt bad for the male employee as the female couldn't seem to get off her phone at the counter. He did the greeting and made an excellent sandwich! Overall good food, clean atmosphere, would order here again!
