I found a HAIR in my Sub! Totally gross.as I started eating the Subway I found a hair in there. I am always used to the benton city location getting my order wrong or not listening to the special requests I asked for and I let it go because I understand they might be busy but just thought i'd say this it was disgusting finding a hair and kinda annoying no one picked up the phone when I kindly wanted to let them know what I discovered

Great sandwich! Had a gentleman and a woman working. Felt bad for the male employee as the female couldn't seem to get off her phone at the counter. He did the greeting and made an excellent sandwich! Overall good food, clean atmosphere, would order here again!

The service is awful. I waited fifteen minutes while this individual talked to someone and and did his clean up chores Instead of starting my Sandwich. I finally walked out.
This is by far one of the worst subway locations I have ever been too.I’ve come here several times, and anytime I do my food is always wrong, by the way, there is a thing such as too much pepper, my food was literally uneatable as a result, the cheese on my other sandwich was mixed with the cheese I asked for, with no sauce, and then loaded with pepper, I mean loaded, it was absolutely disgusting, my other sandwich was a veggie, also had pepper, that one is the one I just threw away, literally so much pepper on it that it cannot be eaten, I don’t know who made my order, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here yet, I also got a salad for my friend, and there was no lettuce, and about 50 red onions in it, 5 pieces of chicken, and huge, full, strips of bacon, she couldn’t even eat it, and it made her sick because it had too many onions in it. Please learn how to make food, or don’t work here, period. This is absolutely unacceptable, when I throw over have 2/3 of my items away, there’s a problem.The only sandwich I could stand was the one that had only one thing on it, and 2 kinds of cheese one of which, I didn’t ask for. I feel forced to come here because there are no other quick or convenient options in town, and it’s always a complete disappointment. Really, really not happy with my most recent visit.

Foods always wrong, usually never any cheese on my sandwich, and the soda machine is always out of over half of the options, so kind of pointless to get a meal, if you take anything from this please refill your soda machine it's super frustrating and detouring.
