Who knew this Gem was right here in Black Diamond! We hardly go out to eat at nice restaurants anymore, because usually we feel we can cook better at home... but Black Diamond Grill far exceeded our expectations. The food was great. Our server Jen was super friendly, and Rudy came out because there was a confusion with our order, but we assured him it was fine. The problem was on our end, my step dad said I'll have the same, but it sounded like salmon... which he got and loved as well. Thank you BDG for a great experience.

Went to this little gem of an Italian restaurant in Black Diamond. The first restaurant we truly enjoyed in the MV-BD area. Appetizers: We ordered the Crispy Calamari and the Chicken wings. Calamari along with its dipping sauce was yummy. Wings weren't the best, a little dry but the kids enjoyed it. Definitely order the Calamari! They served us garlic bread which was nice while we waited for food. Entrees: Our party of 5 tried the Chicken Florentine, shrimp scampi, spaghetti and meatballs, the Caesar salad and the chopped salad. The grilled chicken breast on the salads were so well seasoned and char-grilled. The Italian dressing on the chopped salad was yummy too. The spaghetti and meatballs were very tasty didn't feel like the sauce came from a bottle. While I didn't try the rest, we all enjoyed the food thoroughly. Pasta portions are huge too! The shrimp scampi doesn't come with pasta like at other Italian chains. Desserts: The best part of the meal...... The tiramisu.... Don't ever enter and not order this! This place isn't stingy with the dessert portions. It can be easily shared. It's a tiny place but very cozy and extremely friendly staff! Will definitely be back!

First time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint! We had a lovely experience dining in this warm, friendly, family owned establishment . We were impressed with the flavorful food, large portions and attentive service during a busy dinner hour with a full house. We will return to try more delicious menu items!

So, we were on our way to another local establishment, and saw the lights on in this super cute cottage style restaurant...and I immediately yelped it and went in with my husband and my youngest son to enjoy a nice dinner. First, we were greeted and seated immediately, and ran into an acquaintance that raved about the "bread before dinner" I didn't know what she was talking about until we got it...a plate of the yummiest soft bread drowning in a garlic butter. We also ordered a side caesar salad ($6!) which was plenty for all 3 of us to enjoy while waiting for dinner. We ordered right away as everything looked amazing on the menu (I forgot to take pics of the menu, but ...they have: pizzas described as individual size, but I think it's perfect for 2 people ($12-$15 I think). Several kinds of burgers & fries (see my pic...my son got the cheeseburger). He loved it! Pretty good size too!! I'll attach a photo of the receipt so you can see prices. My husband and I split the pear & Gorgonzola ravioli and the margarita pizza. The ravioli was a generous portion AND the creamy sauce had the perfect amount of Gorgonzola...not too overpowering...and tiny little bites of sweet fresh pear. It was DEVINE! If we were at home...I may have licked the bowl clean, lol. The margarita pizza was good too. We asked for no red sauce as the last couple times we got a margarita pizza at other places, it had an overbearing amount of red sauce. So we specifically asked for an olive oil base...which was good...but I'm wondering how it would've been with their red sauce. Next time Overall, this place js a HIDDEN GEM We never seem to venture out of our local area, and there is NOTHING special about any of the places to eat around here. I'm so happy we went to black diamond and discovered this place. Jessica's, our server, was an absolute sweetheart! And she explained that the owner & his wife (Rudy & Daisy) actually live upstairs in this adorable cottage. Jessica's explained that both of them work in the kitchen and behind the scenes...I love that! You can tell how much they love this place with the amount of love they put into their food! I don't really even want to post this review, as I'm worried about everyone finding out about it, lol. I want to keep it my little secret. So if you go, please enjoy everything minute of this adorable restaurant Thank you Jessica, Rudy & Daisy!! I hope to meet the owners next time! Wishing you continued success!! And please don't raise your prices or sacrifice the amazing quality and quantity of your dishes...it was PERFECT!

This place is amazing. I had a ribeye steak. The price is a little bit expensive but it was worth it since they gave us a lot of food. The waiting time can be long when you come here early. I like this place and I consider coming here again.
