I've been a regular at Gravity Coffee in Black Diamond, Washington, and while I enjoy the drinks they offer, my recent experiences have been a bit frustrating. On multiple occasions, I've found myself waiting in line behind others only to see someone at the other drive-thru window being served before me, despite arriving after.
