Bob's Burgers & Brew Birch Bay

I've tried ordering from you online (uber eats)twice now in a week and both times you had no time. Declined my order. I have troubles going to your restaurant because my husband is in a chair and has no legs. We are celebrating our 38th anniversary today and he wanted a burger dip. If you don't want to fulfill orders online then don't offer it. Shameful!

Sat in the bar for over ten minutes and was completely ignored by staff. After that I left the establishment. I honestly can not give a honest review of the food because I could not offer any when I was not served. Usually my wife and I enjoy dining there but I think we’ll dine anywhere else

This place was a awesome first stop across the border. Ordered the nachos as an appetizer to split and it was a full meal for both me and my partner. Mounds and mounds of cheese and beef and so tasty. Got the fish and shrimp and partner got the beef dip and we're both going home with leftovers. The staff were pretty good checking in on our needs but could have been just a little more frequent we had to pull them jn to help with sides once or twice. Either way the food and atmosphere were fantastic definitely a 5/5 experience.

Submitted a form on the website in regards to our negative experience here with an issue with our food, after submitting it I never heard from anyone therefore called the location and was told to send an email to the manager/owner? However this has yet to resolved I’ve and it’s been well over a month now I haven’t gotten a response from him in over 2 weeks. Was told to go stop by in person to discuss it further when I leave out of town.. I’ve sent follow up emails as well but have been completely been ignored and feel extremely unheard. overall horrible experience here and not satisfied with the customer service at all!! Every customer should be assisted with any issues or complaints.
