Says open until 10 but it’s not open - only the drive through is open, and for some strange reason they always have a height restriction so that it’s inaccessible for vans. Fail!

Terrible service they are understaffed they had 2 people working and they were completely overwhelmed during the lunch crowd. I put my order in online and after waiting 30 minutes was told it wasn’t ready. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to do it online and then online support said they couldn’t do it. What a terrible set up.

A white, elderly woman was so passive aggressive with us. I understand needing a car for drive-thru but I had I ordered for pickup via Uber eats & when we got there, the front doors were closed so we walked to the drive-thru window. She refused us & said we need to come in a car but we cannot drive up our commercial semi truck into the driveway & just had already paid via online for my food. She was mean for no reason & walked away when we were trying to explain to her the situation. I didn’t give her any reason to be mean other than wanting her to understand that I’m a truck driver so having a car besides my semi truck was really not an option since it didn’t say ahead of time that the front lobby doors will be closed before I placed an online order.
The mustard had a strong bleach/disinfectant flavor, we all could taste it. Totally off but on top of that they've upped the prices drastically this week, a double cheeseburger is now over $5 from the $3 that it was last week, nearly doubling. Make it a medium combo and it's 9.99!!... for arguably the lowest quality fast food chain in Canada, these guys have lost their minds. The low prices were the only thing keeping BK in business. This is a new low for BK. I predict closures in the near future

We went there to have dinner today. There was only 2 people there. They were understaffed, didn't get their names, but they were amazing. Got everything done. Everything right with no help. Don't know who they are. But these deserve a raise
