Nice place for a visit with friends over a glass of wine.
It does not exist besides pop and water.
This is a private resort. The cafe is NOT open to the public. We were not allowed past the security gate to the community.
It'll do the trick. Nothing fancy. Better than drive thru fast food.
All you need. Great music when they play.

Best clam chowder in the Blaine area
The Chill Out Cafe is at the golf course in Birch Bay Village and is open to everyone in the village and their guests. Great place to eat. Beer, burgers of all kinds, hot dogs, chili, clam chowder and more.
Good burger and cold beer, chilli also great. Live music twice a month by Double Trouble, makes for a fun casual place

Yes, conditions are very dicey. There was an accident at the top of Kremen's Folly; several emergency vehicles on site; two cars were stuck on the hill and others were sliding backwards, and forwards, down the hill.
