Best little treat ever taste amazing hope to see them in more places
Dishes and molds are just sprayed off with water and not actually cleaned. Dirty dishes are used over and over to make the cakes. So extremely gross and unsanitary
For the past year my wife and I have continued to be impressed with Chuckanut Bay Food's New York style and Lemon cheesecakes. Very tasty, firm, with delicious crusts. New York style best with slices strawberries or raspberries while Lemon cheesecake is delicious by itself. Much much better than cheesecakes made by some downtown Bellingham "specialty" bakeries.
Nice place and staff ??++
Horrible place to work, the pay is great if you don’t mind being belittled and disrespected by management. Near the end of my employment at chuckanut I had updated my resume on indeed (on my own time) and was harassed about it at work from the HR lady and the lead supervisor on two different occasions, asking me if I was planning on leaving and that they saw I had updated my resume on indeed. It didn't seem to be coming from a place of concern but more of a “we see what you’re doing and we want you to know we can see what you’re up to”. The lead supervisor also made it a point to single me out a few times in meetings for no apparent reason other than to embarrass me. When I worked here I was very depressed and struggling mentally to keep up with the work, and instead of being understanding or helpful (as they claimed they were) the management seemed to get a kick out of it. They do a really bad job of being fake nice, it definitely reads more as being condescending and petty on the employee end of things. The supervisor in the baking department (rhymes with Kyler) was great to work with at first and I thought we had a good relationship but I later learned that he was telling a specific coworker I was spreading personal information about them, which was not true, and actually ended up causing unnecessary tension between me and this coworker (who I also considered a friend). “Kyler” is a straight up bully if you get on his bad side, I personally witnessed him get a supervisor fired (for simply putting in their two weeks) and then proceed to go out onto the factory floor and openly brag/poke fun at what had happened to anybody that would listen, bragging about how much “power” he had at this place. I also saw a pattern of him hitting on younger female employees and then treating them poorly when it wasn’t reciprocated. So incredibly unprofessional.It would be a great place to work if it weren’t for the baking supervisor, the lead supervisor, and the HR lady. PLEASE AVOID WORKING HERE IF YOU CAN.
They discreetly do not hire anyone not white! I'm kind of glad by some of these reviews here.
It is my company “go to” dessert. So easy to add any fresh berries in season with a dab of whipped cream!
OMG !! By Far the BEST cheesecake we have ever had . Lemon, pumpkin, lime, Carmel,Dark chocolate covered amazing bites. To Die for !!!!! If you haven't tried them, you are missing out!Lori, from Indianapolis. ( Colts Country)

You work 12 1/2 hours 5 days a week for little to nothing, and get fired for being sick for two days? and they have you in a locked warehouse. Their Cheesecake isn’t even good. Dont work here.

Bland boring cake with sandy dry crust.
Love the cakes and the lemon cheesecake it’s so good and usually I don’t like lemon it’s not too overpowering 10/10
Good stuff ??
Dry and gritty. Strong unnecessary cinnamon flavor. inedible!
Purchased New York cheesecake from PCC. We were stunned at how dry and tasteless it was. I jokingly commented that it tastes that something you would get an airport convenience store. It was so bad I thought to look up reviews and reading the google reviews, we amusingly saw that these cheesecakes are sold at gas stations. This seems more appropriate. Gross. We threw the rest out.
