My wife went thru the drive thru last night. The order taker was very pushy and rather inpatient with us. When we got up to the window we realized we forgot an item. As I was trying to order Donald shut the order window on us. We could see our food coming up so we just going to go through the Drive through again. He opens the to take our money. I had the debit card and ask for a drink carrier. He starts giving attitude and rolling his while assembling the drink carrier. He even dropped it once when he was fumbling with it. The eyes rolling and cutting people off while talking was just unacceptable.

We love Jack in the Box and it’s so nice having one close but this location is fairly unreliable and inconsistent. They are usually out of a lot of menu items. The staff are generally kind, but we usually resort to the Ferndale location, even though it or further away. Hoping things improve eventually!

I had a terrible experience at Jack in the Box. The fries were absolutely awful—overcooked, overly oily, and they looked like the last little crumbs left at the bottom of the pack. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, the customer service was horrible. I had to repeat myself multiple times over the drive-thru intercom, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like nobody was listening, and the whole experience was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

This place is the worst. They never have half the menu items they advertise. They take a lifetime to prepare the food. Their servers/drive thru workers are usually standoffish. Will never waste my time trying to order food here again.

Won't be going back, yesterday was the last straw after many years of ever declining quality and trust. Food is never fresh, even when I ask for fresh cooked. Fryer oil is constantly dirty, leaving my fries covered in specs. 50yr old manager can't seem to figure out where and how a belt should be worn. FYI... it's not half way down your butt! GROSS!
Oh and prices just went up, 3 regular size meals and 1 extra sandwich...$60. RIDICULOUS!

Came through the drive through at 1150 pm on 11/14/2024 and they told me they were closed. Online and at the joint it says midnight. Obviously lazy workers that decide they want to close early.
