I waited for 5-7ish minutes and still nobody came out after I've said "Hello?" Like 5 times loudly then someone came out from the bathroom and helped me and I could hear someone in the back idk what they were doing but nobody came out to check the front to see if they was anybody pretty sure it was understaffed

I asked yesterday if any pumpkin smoothie could be made without dairy. I was told the pumpkin smash could be dairy free with a milk alternative swap so I bought one and suffered so bad, just didnt realize why. Today I stopped again before crossing the border and ordered another "dairy-free" smash. This time I watched the process and saw frozen yogurt go in the blender. I said, wait, there's frozen yogurt in there!?!? That's dairy!! She made me a different smoothie but not knowing this type of thing could kill someone with more serious allergies than I have. It was bad enough being sick to my stomach on a weekend holiday. Train staff better or you're in for a lawsuit one day.

I absolutely loved my smoothie. Jamba seems extremely understaffed which caused the employee to rush with having many people in line/ waiting for their order. I’m sure the managers can do a better job with hiring, and I’m also sure that without two people on the job, the one employee isn’t able to take breaks.

Ordered a gotcha matcha for my daughter which was recommended by her friend. Drink tasted like crap. Went back to the counter to ask if they forgot to add the coconut whipped cream. The worker went to the back, came back out and said, "oh, we're out of the cream." I said, why didnt you tell us you were missing an ingredient when we placed the order. He just said sorry. So I asked if there's anything they could do about our drink and he said that there's nothing they could do about it ??
