We chose Packer’s for my husband’s 93 birthday. Our group of 10 was comfortably seated in a private room attached to the beautiful restaurant. I earlier arranged to have wine and appetizers on the table when our guests arrived. Our guests had selected their entrees ahead of time so there was no confusion or delay. As a result, our guests were immediately able to enjoy conversation, wine, and appetizers. The service was outstanding! Our server thoughtfully cut and served our birthday cake along with ice cream and coffee. The cooperation and planning from Packers enabled all our guests to enjoy a perfect evening.

Drinks were great, the food was bland and had no flavor. I ordered the top sirloin steak medium rare, it came with mushrooms and smashed red potatoes. Nothing had any flavor whatsoever. My husband ordered the wagyu burger and said his burger tasted flavorless as well. The view was great. But for the cost I am very disappointed in the quality of the food.

Breakfast buffet was outrageously overpriced. Bacon was dry and overcooked. Scrambled eggs were powdered variety. Potatoes were more onion than potato. Pastries tasted two days old. Coffee and tea were not included. Very very disappointing. Will not go again. Room was empty, I can see why. Parking was impossible.

The menu has changed and so has the quality. The wood fire Pizza is now half the size. Unfortunate!

Location is 10+ Sadly food was really sub par and service was terrible. Wedge salad was almost inedible - hard chunks of lettuce and no flavour dressing sitting on top, no cheese. Wings were small but pricey and over sauced. Wine by the glass was good. Understaffed so waitress was frazzled and very inattentive. Waited excessively (45 mins plus) . There were also tables of huge family groups and out of control kids. Restaurant was more of a large conference room that became a restaurant. Views incredible of the harbour. 3 stars because location, otherwise I’d say experience was 1-2

Gorgeous location, super slow service and I'm not sure what the menu is going through currently but .... It leaves a lot to be desired. Drinks were great though!

Mother's day brunch was disappointing compared to last year's (and more expensive!!). At $80 per person I did not expect to have to keep asking for more coffee ro eb refilled. There was no self-serve drinks station and the set-up wasn't quite as abundant and diverse as the previous year. Unfortunelty we won't be coming back for mother's day brunch.
