I normally love this starbucks, but 2 times now when I ask for my drinks in a drink carrier and in a to-go bag, the drink is spilt in the bag. I have also had this happen more than a few times from uber/doordash. Now I don't 100% know if its the driver of the workers fault for that. But please make sure that the drinks are not spilt. It has happened when even I pick up through the drive-threw.

i said add extra strawberries, fill half the damn cup with strawberries. come here everyday and i have never been so excited mel and emmy r the realest fellas working here 10/10 give them both a raise

Seriously, Half a cup? I ordered a Grande mocha and received half a cup of coffee. I thought it felt light. So I opened the lid to reveal half my drink. And Yes, they were tipped! Watch your drinks! This Starbucks makes you pay full price but only provides half the product!

We are disappointed. We stopped here before our drive to California. I ordered two venti drinks. One caramel macchiato and one oat latte with Brown sugar syrup. Also a banana bread not heated. We were in a hurry so when she called my name my husband I grabbed our stuff and left. We got on the road to discover the bread was heated (not a big deal) as I walked out I realized they were grande and not venti but I decided just to let it go and get on the road. On the hiway and just realized they didn’t get my drink right. We got two caramel macchiatos and no oat latte. I would still be ok with it all but the macchiatos taste like they have no caramel or sweetener at all. The place wasn’t busy. Not the end of my world but I will be stopping somewhere along the line for that oat latte. Disappointed

Would not allow you to use their bathroom (but saw employee coming out of it) when ordered $25 worth of food and drink. Directed people to visitors center which is closed. Got snippy when I asked for directions. It's a law eating establishments need to provide bathroom

The service was mediocre for Christmas Day and I get that, but the real kicker was that we ordered a spinach feta cheese wrap with Siracha sauce and the Siracha packet was INSIDE THE WRAP! No thank you!!
