“Let me say I travel quite a bit, eat at the best steak joints around the globe. My personal favorite used to be the met in seattle. Not anymore. Onyx in White Rock is the best steak I've had ...ever! best meal in years! Salad to perfection, prawns to perfection, steaks with their special searing process & mystery rub that isnt a rub, wine list is amazing, Aps are amazing, Service is amazing. Not a bad thing on the menu, In fact it's just the opposite. Everything is top notch. Be prepared to be blown away. I was... Man!! - not open on mon or tuesday make a rez. This place is crazy good !!“

“This restaurant was very fun to go to. The chef makes all of the food; for a table of 8 people; right in front of you. He clangs and bangs the knives and spatula's together and lights food on fire for a great show. The food was very fresh and very tasty. The restaurant itself is very old and a bit run down, but the chef and food made up for it!“

“My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at your establishment on Friday Sept. 6th. We had a wonderful time and the food was hot when served. The wait staff were very attentive towards us and made sure we were well looked after, which we appreciated. The only drawback, (if you could call it a drawback) was that online you are still advertising a salad bar, which you do not have now. Even with this minor detail we still felt it warranted a 5 rating overall. We will be back. Thank you, Peter and Pat“
