I've been a loyal customer to this subway for many years. I always liked the subway chain, the ingredients are always fresh, the food is somewhat healthy compared to other fast-food chains. The manager takes good care of this store compared to other locations, however sometimes the staff is slow, even tough there is not a lot of traffic you have to wait longer than usual for your food

If the manager or owner is interested in addressing the issue, I visited this location on 10/23/25 at approximately 11:20 AM, and only one female employee was working, who also served me. There was no one else in the store and she was preparing 2 sandwiches when I walked in. I walked up to the counter and she barely acknowledged my presence. After a few minutes, she told me to wait a minute. I said ok. After she placed one of the sandwiches in the oven she asked me what I wanted and started making it. When we went to the register she wrapped my sandwich and left it on her side of the counter. I asked for a cookie and she wrapped that as well and placed it next to the cookie. She then input my order into the computer, told me the cost and I paid. She did not hand me my food nor did she ask me if I needed a bag to go. She simply walked away, after I paid, and went back to making the other sandwiches. So I reached across and picked up the sandwich, cookie, a cup, and a bag to put my food in. I went to the fountain and glanced back at her while I got my drink, as I wondered why she was passive-aggressive with me. I thought, maybe I should not come back to this store. After I got my drink I left the store, sat in my car, and wrote this review.

The gal that makes my sandwiches, Himanshi, is just the sweetest. She makes me want to come back and makes terrific sandwiches, 10/10 would recommend

Good alternative to burgers. The cookies, though!!!
Haven't had subway in a long time. Decided to give it a try with the buy one get one deal. Sandwich was extremely skimpy and both of my sandwiches were wrong. I can see why this chain is dying. Will be sticking to other Sandwich chains instead from now on.

Ordered a footlong meatball and the meat looked and tasted old. The honey mustard sauce i ordered tasted like regular yellow mustard. The peperoni dipper i ordered was half burnt and i had to strip away many layers to make it edible. My drink also tastes very watered down. It hasn't always been like this i don't know what changed but it feels "cheap". I hope they can improve their quality.
