Ever since new ownership, the server always tries to aggressively upsell me a The Boss sandwich when i ask for just a meatball marinara. The costs are always more than expected. The promotion should be 9.99 for a footlong sub of the day. Instead im charged 10.50 (see screenshot). Additional fees were not discolosed. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and i dont recommend either of the subways near Blaine.

I have been getting sandwiches from here for about 7 years. Since this last change of ownership, the quality of the sandwiches has tanked. From the bread to the vegetables. I was hoping I just had 1 bad experience, but have gone 3 times since, and all 3 were bad. Service was great. Just poor quality of freshness.

Since the new owner's took over, the veggies look pretty bad. It would appear they're not buying the same grade of vegetables as when the old owner and Christie ran the place. They're also pretty skimpy on everything.

He made my favorite The Boss sandwich with minimal chit chat(I liked that today) at surprising speed. Place got cleaned right after I left even though it wasn't necessary. Men's bathroom needs a lid lol

the new owners are no good. the bread cabinet had a swarm of fruit flies inside of it and the worker spoke broken English and couldn't understand what I was telling him. fast forward a few weeks, I come back to see if the fruit fly situation is fixed and the only worker is setting in the back of the store playing on their phone and didn't even notice I walked in (and back out)

The soup is watered down every time and I feel like I have to beg them to add a normal amount of vegetables on the subs.
The customer service is fine and the store is always clean, but they're trying too hard to stretch out the food/costs.
New owner has really changed this place for the better as someone who has lived in the area for a while. Super friendly and easy yo talk to staff food is amazing.
