Lobby closed at 830pm. They refused me service in drive thru because i was on foot. Cant fit a kenworth thru drive thru. Lost my business

Grimy feel to the entire store; cleaning needs to be bump up exponentially. The staff seems scared and paranoid with little to no confidence. Place definitely needs a deep cleaning and a morale boost.

Since this TB opened, every time I’ve gone has been ridiculous. Very slow and/or get orders wrong. Or the ingredients just aren’t up to usual standards (beans are like a thick brick). After a couple times of that I gave up and made the Ferndale TB my main go-to since they’re always consistently good. Today I was in a pinch and decided to give them one more try. Wish I hadn’t. Not only were they out of an item but they were again slow and they forgot the sauces in the bag. I’d ordered on the mobile app so I couldn’t even cancel the order at the window when they said they were out of the item. And the mobile app is supposed to not allow you to order an item that’s not available. This TB is officially x-ed out on my map.

Had grilled cheese burrito w/ potatoes in veg and it was worth it for having quick grab which is just right for satisfying the hunger.

AC is set to sub zero so that customers won't eat inside. We could literally see our breath when talking to each other while trying to order off the kiosk, because you can not order at the counter. Why have one? ZERO customer service is taught here. Very disappointing

Horrible service , the heavy set Hispanic kid is lazy, takes his time when there’s numerous people waiting, DOES not greet you , ignores any customers. I asked him what was taking so long for my order and he goes can’t you see we only have two workers, while I saw 4 altogether , manager was on break. I was there for 27 minutes waiting for one order! Never will I return because of him!

Went to drive thru. No one answered our call outs after 5mins went to window could not see anyone. Thought it was closed. Drove around front seem a young man who was off work asked if it was closed. He said No. I went in see 5 employees and yes one was Lead person all looking at their phone. I yelled out stop look at your phone and they all ran back to work. Drive thru had someone else calling over head set as they ran to the window.
