We are big fans (guiltily)of Taco Bell and this location is a little bit inconsistent. We had a very negative experience last year, but still went back and it has been better. However, every.single.time, we get chips, they taste old and stale. Every time. But we just don’t eat them. Anyways, could be better, could be worse.
Food is alright. Annoyed that their dining area closed when I arrived at 9:30pm. Can't fit a semi truck in the drive through, so across to McDonald's I go! Prices higher here than most as well. I'll stick to the Ferndale location for my fix going forward.
On a recent late-night visit to this location, my wife and I didn’t expect much for food or customer service. To our delight, those expectations were quite blown out of the water. The sole employee working at that hour was patient and helpful over the drive thru intercom. When we got to the window, he explained that a couple items we ordered were unavailable (he was filtering the fryer!!
