Great local gem in Blaine. The fish was really fresh and everything was prepared very well. The service was friendly and efficient. Generous portions and very tasty. We will we going back regularly.

This review is strictly for the teriyaki chicken. I haven’t had the sushi yet. The teriyaki was just OK. A lot of my chicken was kinda hard to chew and the teriyaki sauce is very thin so if you’re looking for a thick teriyaki sauce is not the place it kind of felt like it was sitting in the warmer for quite a while. Rice was great and it wasn’t a big fan of the salad dressing was very tangy and it was kind of pricey it was almost $20 for just teriyaki bowl.

The best and freshest sushi in Whatcom County! Excellent specialty rolls — the ikura and sashimi were especially fresh and delicious. The rolls are generous in size, and the staff are warm, welcoming, and provide great service. I’m a bit of a sushi snob after struggling to find good sushi in Whatcom since moving down from Vancouver, but I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Highly recommend!

We are very picky when it comes to Sushi. We sat at the Bar and Jun the Sushi Chef was lovely to chat with. The Nigiri was generous, super fresh, Jessica Roll was awesome. Miso soup was great too. We’ll be regulars for sure!

The perfect sushi experience. We ordered 6 pieces of the blue fin tuna sashimi and it was AMAZING. We ordered a ton of different rolls and they were all very very good tasting and presented. The King Kong roll is gigantic and is almost enough for 2. The portions were huge.

My husband and I thought we would try this new restaurant. Oh my goodness! The Poke Bowl was fantastic!!! I eat sushi quite often and this is by FAR the best poke bowl I’ve ever encountered. The chefs at this restaurant are pros and really know how to serve up delicious meals! I had to go thank the chef personally for making my day with his fabulous poke bowl. The sauces were excellent (not too thick or sugary) and all the ingredients in the meal were high quality. If you like sushi, I highly recommend this new restaurant in Blaine, especially the Poke Bowl. ! We will be back for sure!
