My husband and I thought we would try this new restaurant. Oh my goodness! The Poke Bowl was fantastic!!! I eat sushi quite often and this is by FAR the best poke bowl I’ve ever encountered. The chefs at this restaurant are pros and really know how to serve up delicious meals! I had to go thank the chef personally for making my day with his fabulous poke bowl. The sauces were excellent (not too thick or sugary) and all the ingredients in the meal were high quality. If you like sushi, I highly recommend this new restaurant in Blaine, especially the Poke Bowl. ! We will be back for sure!

As a lifetime Blane resident, I was so excited to hear about Ttowa opening in Blaine! We ordered similar rolls as we would order from Bluefin in Bellingham which has set the standard for the county. Extremely happy with our tasty rolls!! Now we have a 5-minute round trip for quality sushi instead of an hour! The 1 and 2-star reviews just don't make much sense. One complained about the roll being cut into pieces......oh like they always are at sushi place. Maybe you should have asked for an uncut roll but I guess some people just like to complain!

Lots of open space. You can order digitally from the table or from your server. Everyone's food looked and smelled amazing. We had some gyoza, seaweed salad, a double crunch roll, and a heart attack roll. It was all delicious and well presented. The place was pretty busy but did not slow down service at all. The sushi was some of the better sushi I've had! Great flavor and no shortage of options! Definitely will be back!

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the bay on a charming street with other shops, galleries, and cafes. Awesome service and delicious food. They have vegetarian options and they are tasty!

Awesome sushi! We got the Red Dragon roll and the Waikiki roll and both were very fresh and delicious. We all agreed the Waikiki was the better tasting of the two. Ordered the bento box and their sashimi was on point. So delicious, chilled, and fresh! Salmon sashimi is usually my favorite but the hamachi sashimi won out for sure. So soft and buttery. The tempura shrimp and veggies tasted phenomenal, it was all so good! I’d say it's on par with some really good Canadian sushi places we like to go to. Glad to have a local option for some amazing sushi to dine in. I honestly can't wait to go back! We also got the crab rangoon, gyoza, and miso soup which came with the bento box. All were good and tasted like what you would get at any sushi place. Wish I took some photos the dishes all came out plated so nicely and everything was super fast.

The food was so delicious and beautifully plated that I couldn’t take a pic before eating it all up! Our server Amara was so gracious and awesome! And the price was on point. Definitely putting this joint in our regular rotation!

The pricing feels quite high for the portion sizes, which was a letdown. I ordered the chicken bento, but the taste fell short of expectations, 3/10. The Philly roll was average, 5/10. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with staff clearly committed to providing a positive experience, 9/10. However, given the cost and quality, I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially when you can drive just five minutes across the border for tastier food at a better value.

I ordered take out since it's what I had time for. I really wanted to like the food. The service was great, but for the price I expected more.
The salad was lettuce with carrots and a mayo like dressing that I wasn't fond of. Not the end of the world until I found a hair in the lettuce. (I wouldn't mind if it was my own but the color did not match any person or pet in my home)
I ordered a specially roll, I do appreciate they specify how many pieces it includes but for the $19 I was under whelmed. The fish slices were decent in size but there was a bit stronger of an odor. I also prefer to receive the roll in tack instead of pre separated.
I've heard good things about their other food items and am willing to try, but I likely won't be back for sushi.

Dined here the other day. Service was excellent and food was tasty. However, their portion sizes and prices do not align. $3.50 for a bottle of soda that wasn’t advertised as just a bottle of soda, no thanks. $20 for 5 shrimp and a cup and a half of rice? Again, no thanks. We could go to the big city of Bellingham and pay less for significantly more food that tastes just as great. We will not be back unless they somehow better align their prices and portions.
