Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went to Applebee's, Bonney Lake, to celebrate a friend's birthday. I ordered the Prime Rib dipper. The food was very yummy, but about 2am in the morning a started going to the bathroom. I spent the next 6 hours there. My stomach was reeling and cramping. I have never had an experience like this. I'm still not feeling well and am still experiencing the cramping and bathroom use.

We don't come here much but when we do it's usually pretty good but this time for some reason Leticia was amazing with us helping us she told us about happy hour on the appetizers being half off cuz we wanted one of each and she said wait 6 minutes so we didn't woohoo lucky us

So I had a great experience about 3 years ago, but then a very frustrating experience a few weeks ago. I was so upset I rated 1 star and shared my experience. (It was a bad experience with a waitress not the company)
I just wanted to state that I’ve deleted my previous review. A manager from our home store personally called me and spoke to me. His name I believe was Dave. I really appreciated the personal call and asking more questions as well as making sure we come back. Anyways, I really really appreciate the fact that Applebees and Dave took the time to reach out to me and ask what was going on. In a busy world it’s nice Dave took time out of his day to call us. So I’d love to give Applebees 5 stars because no one’s perfect but they did their best to fix a wrong and we WILL be showing up at our home store here soon. Thank you Dave and Applebees for making us feel like you care about our experiences genuinely (:

I ordered the side salad delivered and expected it to look like the photo in the menu. I received a handful of lettuce and some croutons. With the hamburgers and drink it cost more than $50 for the entire order! Disppointed

The food was good. Not as much as I remember. A lot less chicken on my salad. The hostess was really good and made sure I had my dressing in the bag.

Loved this beautifully lit diner with its gorgeous colourful lamps. Such great decor and really nice service and food too. Great that it's open late.

Chicken parmesan was over cooked and the pasta was like paste. Manager said it's a new menu item and they haven't figured it out yet, then don't serve it!!!!
Waitress's and other severs were were the worst. Brought the appetizer without napkins or plates. Our waitress made it a point to tell us about her bad day before anything else. We went in to eat not hear about her personal life. Every employee we had contact with was totally unprofessional. Will never step foot in there again. My wife's food was no better.

Our order came out wrong, sent it back, never got it back, never got refill of tea requested, after my other two in the party finished their food and we stacked our dishes, not only did we have to flag down the waitress but advice her of what was
going on and how it had been over 45 min, we just wanted out tkt to leave and remove the salad..yes salad that was made incorrectly. She said she'd get her manager to remove it. A gentleman came to the table said I'll remove the salad from your tkt. Then handed us the ticket. Horrible....

Food was all perfect and kids meals came out quickly which was great since they can be impatient. Jake was our server and he's awesome. Dude deserves double pay
