We chose to eat at Burche for lunch this Sunday afternoon and had a great experience! It’s a nice cool air conditioned restaurant with a cool vibe. There is a variety of drinks to choose from and they’re served in mason jars. The iced tea was so refreshing. The ingredients used here are high quality and local. The cooking staff was phenomenal. They demonstrate absolutely teamwork and treat each other with respect and courtesy! It was wonderful to watch them. Super well organized and support each other. Best of all, the food was delicious and served hot and to perfection. We loved the stuffed jalapeño appetizer. Hubs had the spicy chicken grilled cheese and loved it! I had the BOBB burger- what a fantastic burger. Only thing I wasn't fond of- was the small serving dish the burger...
