This Burger King seems to be a hit or miss kinda deal. One day nice friendly quick service the next nobody gives a hoot. The restaurant itself is always clean though.

Sooooo slow. Came here for a doordash took me 10 minutes to drive here and 3 people who ordered after I arrived at the store all got their food first. Ridiculous never taking an order here again

Horrible service I was yelled at for “ staring” at the drive threw worker who was bagged food she yelled “it’s not gonna get your food done fast” I was just watched her work bc I thought she was doing a good job clearly she wasn’t bc it took 15 mins bc she was being rude for no reason.
Ok let's be honest this place SUCKS! I don't know why I keep going here maybe it's because I love burgerking and this is the one in my area but this particular store is terrible and I believe the manager here is the reason. My order is always wrong and even after pointing out my $50 order is somehow so discombobulated It barely resembles the order I made they manage to make it worse. I'm not making a bunch of finicky requests either i mean no upgrades or subtractions just stock burgers with on the menu items. The final insult typically comes from the managers "How dare you ask for what you payed for." Attitude . The overall poor service of the understaffed employees seems to trickle down from the underwhelming managerial performance. From the other reviews it seems I'm not the only person with this experience

Went on Saturday July 20th around 11am and went through the drive thru, the guy taking our order said he would be right back in the middle of taking our order and disappeared for over a minute, then we asked for cookies and he had to go check like 5 times if there was cookies because at first he said they weren't ready then Said he had to check again then said he had them then had to check again

I was in the drive through soo I got a rodeo burger fries and a chicken wrap. Well the fries had fly in it pretty disgusting changed my mind about fast food completely

Came here this evening for a quick bite for the kids and I and luckily there was no line. It did take a while to order but the cashier taking our order was very nice. After ordering, it seemed like there was only the cashier and one other person working. It did take a while to receive our food in the drive through, but I’m giving a five star review because Quinton the cashier was very friendly and apologetic about the wait. My husband and I were understanding as it’s not his fault if they are understaffed. You could tell he was doing the best he could. He also included three complimentary dessert pies and that was super nice. And lastly, he actually ran out of BK and waved us down as we were driving away because we got distracted by our kids and nearly drove off without half our food. So we definitely appreciated Quinton and his friendly attitude despite seeing how stressful it must be taking all that on. If you do go, try and be patient and remember they are doing the best they can. Also, the food we got was very good and made well!
Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals available to order that come with a toy!
