I say this as someone who has been to many many BK, and worked at BK for 4 years as my first job many years ago- I know this chain.
This is one of the best BK I've been to. Went after a backpacking trip recently on a Sunday afternoon. Line moved quickly, all of my food (even the fries & mozz sticks, the usual suspects) was fresh and hot. Whoppers were assembled with above average care and the patties didn't taste like they had been sitting in a heat tray. My OCS was hot and fresh as well.

Came for shakes and was told they didnāt have enough and that they're āprobably just gonna shut the machine downā and that āitās not really worth itā. Likeā¦okay lol

What I ordered I didnāt get. Also, used a coupon and they didnāt apply it and the guy said āyeah itās applied.ā Didnāt want to argue any more so I just left, then when I got home my order was wrong. Highly disappointing.

I've seen Burger King get criticized often in Bonney Lake groups and in the reviews on this page. I want to give my opinion on my latest visit, which as it turns out, was Saturday the 14th of June! I had lots of mouths to feed due to them all helping clean up my property. I also had three coupons. I went to the BL Burger King drive up window. I said I have 3 coupons and the girl replied, we can only accept two on an order. BUT, we can do two orders! I ordered the family pack which is a big order by itself and then another individual coupon order for that first order, and then another individual order with a third coupon. I went to the pay window and the same girl handled the whole thing beautifully. Kind, considerate and all with a smile! I was sure she was going to say go park out front and we'll bring it to you but she didn't. After about a two minute wait, she handed everything to me out the window. While I waited, I could see behind her about 4-5 other workers preparing orders. No one was standing still! I was amazed! And, all orders were perfect, hot and delicious! Burger King has stepped up their game AND, has hired great people to handle orders! I'm impressed

Dinning room closed early(understaffing) going on 5 years now! App doesn't work so I could not order!! They have been bad for years, it would surprise me if they stay open very mulch longer!!!

Not the staff hereās fault. 0 stars for how theyāre treated. My child didnāt get their nuggets. Thank gods they got the toy. Out of the guilt that corporate should feel, I didnāt eat my whopper. I wonāt be back. The poor guy workin there was literally shaking. What is going on here?
