Waited in a long drive thru line a charming young man took my order. When I got to the area to pick up my large soda a not so charming man brought me a medium. When I told him I ordered a large with extra ice he points to the ticket and said that's not what was keyed and stares me down then walks away. Where's the customer service ? I would have paid the difference but no option was offered. I won't be back.

I have very high standards for Chik-Fil-A and this location absolutely knocked it out of the park. Service was excellent and food was excellent. Special shout out to the staff member Zach for going above and beyond in paying extra attention to anything our party could have needed.

Never coming here again, my daughter and I went to try this place out last week. Everything seemed fine first at first , but then after eating our order.. My daughter got really sick, throwing up non stop and having diarrhea. After about a few hours of her vomiting we decided to go to the ER. They suspect the chicken may have been undercooked and that’s what made her so ill. I don’t know how you allow your employees to undercook meats, absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable..
I waited for 2 hrs for my order but I never gotten my order and guess what we didn't get out order just because we didn't pay 4 more dollars for the tip.
