My fiancé and I recently enjoyed a delightful dining experience at our local Chick-fil-A in Bonney Lake, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and thoughtful design of the parking lot, which offered ample space and easy access, a rarity in this area. The pedestrian-friendly layout was a refreshing change from other restaurants in Bonney Lake, showcasing the skillful work of the Civil Engineers involved in its creation.Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and immediately feeling the inviting ambiance of the restaurant. The staff were incredibly hospitable, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.When our food arrived, we were blown away by the quality and taste of our sandwiches. After a disappointing experience with undercooked chicken sandwiches elsewhere, biting into the perfectly cooked spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A was a true delight. My first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Great job on a separate frier for gluten free for the fryes. The waffle fries were delicious. I'll go back. Thank you for having gluten free!!Dietary restrictions: Separate fryer for fries and waffle fries. Gluten free. (Not a full GF kitchen, but GF fryer).
We asked for 3 frosted lemonades on the drive thru and the drive thru said yes I will give you those three and didn't read the order at all. As we drove away, we drove back because the lemonades were regular instead of frosted. I had to get out of the car and take them in which in that point, they said fine but they would have to refund my money and I could order the others. After screwing you would think there would better customer service in the since that they should have made me the drinks without worrying about the difference. We also asked for honey mustard and instead we got yellow mustard which we didn't ask for.

Ordered a salad which was decent size for five bucks. Also ordered fries a chicken deluxe and chicken nuggets. I asked for two of each sauce .So I asked the drive through person if they are sure the sauce was in there and they said yes and when I parked to eat there was no sauce so had to go back and get it . Also opened my chicken nuggets… they tasted like they have been sitting on the counter for 3 days.. very disappointing if they don’t have fresh or enough to sell they should say they are out.Also most of them were very small and not chicken at all but just deep fried flour.

We love this place! It’s clean, they offer tons of kids activities (loved the movie theater during Christmas time), but most of all the people working here are amazing. They are always very helpful and friendly which is rare in the food industry nowadays. We really appreciate the super clean high chairs as well.
