Absolutely love this place, we all know the food is good, portions at these places typically and not in our favor but this specific location does an amazing job and you can really tell the works actually care and enjoy their job

Manager lets staff struggle and doesn’t help pick up the pace during rush. Super frustrating to see him do this, especially when the store is short staffed.

SLOW. Manager did not help struggling employees and was very rude. 1 new person taking all orders at the front desk and didn’t have any help. Some employees just sitting there and manager seemed to be destructive to efficiency
Hint! Go inside if you want good portions. If you order via the app or DoorDash you will get half the amount. Tried 3 different times and same result, ordering online or via the app is a joke. Note: I ordered double portions and this is what I got, very frustrating, especially when paying extra and getting less than normal.

Update 10/12/24:
Just nasty. 🤮 The kitchen, every surface covered in not only food but old smeared around food. Employees are touching uncleaned utensils/tools with bare hands while handling food. All the tables covered in food. The trash is overflowing. The drink station covered in trash and food. Do I go on? If an inspector walked in; fail. I can't believe my wife actually ate something from there... 🤮

Wife brought home an online order, it was missing an item. I order my burrito double wrapped so it doesn't bust open, but whoever wrapped it left the whole thing gaping open with an amount of the fillings all smashed on the outside.
