We visited this was a relatively new restaurant for the first time. We have visited the Puyallup store before. The restaurant was empty and the server apologized that the cook just quit. We decided to try it anyway. We told the server we weren't in a hurry and to explain that to the new cook. We patiently waited and enjoyed a very good meal and very good service.

Other than being a little loud for my taste the experience at Crockett's in Bonney Lake was great. The atmosphere is not as great as the original location but the food and service are top notch. Shrimp and grits was spicy and delicious.
