Kid wouldn't put tops on my to go blizzard order or put them in a bag. My food bag was so overfilled that it ripped in the parking lot losing both onion ring orders on the ground. I didn't go back inside for fear of retaliation on the replacement food after asking to prepare my food for travel in my vehicle. You lost a 50 yr customer today at the Bonney lake DQ.

This location is very busy at the times you would expect it to be for lunch and dinner but they do maintain a good flow at the drive-thru if you're in a hurry heavily suggest using the drive-thru as they cater to it leaving people in the lobby waiting.

We had a less than pleasant experience this time around. We ordered via DoorDash a s'mores blizzard w/ caramel and a chocolate extreme w/ Oreos added. What they sent was the complete opposite. My husband received the s'mores blizzard with coco fudge. And I received vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and chocolate chunks (I am not a fan of caramel and there was nothing extreme about the amount of chocolate as it was missing just about everything else). We each ate probably less than half just for the sake of not wasting our money but it ended up not being worth it and we just threw the ice cream away. I know mistakes happen and everyone is only human but it's extremely disappointing that we spent about $28 on the order and were only given $4.88 of our money back for getting a completely wrong order.

I'm not a big fan of fast food chains. I will go out of my way to spend my money at a family-owned restaurant. That said, this establishment is very clean and bright and the food is just fine, if you're looking for a quick bite.

Terrible. Ordered a pick up order and not only did they not give is the second fries at first, they gave us the wrong size! And then one of the burgers was made incorrectly. Tried to call to talk someone because we already got home when we checked the food and no one answered and I called 5 times. Please retrain whoever was there today at 8pm. Will remove this review if I ever get in contact with a manager, I have pictures and the receipt.
Love dairy queen. Dilly bars. Ice cream cake. Soft serve.
