Ordered online showed up at the pickup time told them I was there for pickup order gave my name then sat there for 30 minutes waiting I finally asked again and they grabbed my bags off the counter and handed them to me they were sitting on a counter for 30 minutes food was cold and nasty thanks alot dennys staff

This visit gets a very big drop in ratings. While the food was all fresh and made well, the service was atrocious. We were quickly seated and left waiting for entirely far too long for anyone to greet us, offer drinks, anything... Tables who were sat well after us were greeted and orders taken without any attention to us until we complained, which of course sets the mood and the server had a snarky attitude after that. Been here many times and most of the staff is pretty good but this server's incompetence and rude demeanor ruined the entire experience.
We always have a good experience here. We went around brunch time on a Sunday and we still got seated within ten minutes. Our server was attentive and friendly and all our food was delicious. We were very happy and satisfied when we left, we had a wonderful experience.

I had a young man named Tanner for my server and he was an absolute pleasure. Polite, respectful, attentive, and accommodating for my disability. He was an absolute delight and definitely want him as my server from now on. Great job Tanner!
