Love this smoothie shop so much. The owner is amazing and her smoothies are DELICIOUS. we unfortunately do not live local enough to go often anymore, but we made the trip cross country recently and I HAD to come here at least twice during my trip. Best smoothie shop that I have ever been to, even trying multiple in other another state. highly reccomend. 10 stars đđ I'm already missing my fruity supreme!

I go there all the time before work or during work because itâs convenient and theyâre always nice and good prices for me but today I got a promotional smoothie and it was not good at all the strawberry shortcake and I asked them. Is it OK if I can trade it in for something else, it was still full and everything, they said no so I wasted $10 didnât even have a smoothie thatâs disrespectful and unfair. I wonât be going back there anymore.

I went in with my 12 year old daughter who was very confused and overwhelmed with a lot of the choices I tried to help her but I am not emerald smoothie savvy either as the worker there was not very informational on any of the flavors or tried to help us with what might be the popular drink or what is a bestseller vice versa as we were walking out the door with our smoothies my daughter tried her smoothie took a sip of it and did not like the taste of the smoothie I had went back to ask if maybe we would be able to trade this for something else I was abruptly told no and then I asked what is it okay if I return the drink and get my cash back for it I was told it's against their policy to exchange the drink for another or to return it with working and customer service for many years I have always compromised for the customer as I would want them to return back and then when trying to leave a review on their Facebook page the owner was extremely rude and talked as if that she was not a charity I was not looking for a charity obviously I was there as a paying customer to begin with and looking for a pleasant time with my daughter and trying something new and healthy worst experience ever

Love this place. The drinks are amazing and customer service is great. They always make recommendations for me. Definitely worth the visit everytime. I would recommend the nutty banana or the raspberry dream!!!

Horrible customer service!! The drink they made my son was horrible. I asked if they can make it right, make a new drink, ect⊠I had just purchased 4 drinks, they said no. When I reached out to the management (email) explaining what happened, they called me a âKarenâ never again! Wish we had gone to menchies for our family outing instead.

I love their Mocha Bliss smoothie which is the one I always get . They get busy most of the times I am there with only one person working however always greeted with a smile and finish in a timely manner

I work all around the PNW and enjoy Emerald City Soothies. I visit this location the most and have had great customer service. Although each shop has a similar menu, each person makes it different. I like the Macha Green Tea a lot but wanted it sweeter. They recomended adding banana which worked perfect for me! Now, no matter what store I go into I now ask for banana with this particular drink. I noticed the reviews and just couldnt believe what I was reading on some of the one stars. I wanted to fix my Macha but know that this establishment is no charity. They helped me fix my issue when I came back to get another drink. They are much appreciated for their genuine effort to help. Great customer service!!!
