We’ve had multiple issues here throughout the years we always end up going back due to lack of options. And again we went there they made a drink for my daughter. It tasted absolutely horrible. They offered to re-blend the Same drink. I’m Pretty sure that it’s against health code to remake someone’s food. Anyways, we will not be going back. I would recommend pretty much anywhere other than going here. The drinks are inconsistent. Their menu is not truthful They put syrup and sugars in their drinks. It’s just sad hopefully someone opens a new smoothie place right next-door

I was looking for a place to get 4 smoothie bowls for a morning meeting in Buckley. From looking at the Google Business Profile and going to the website, it looked like they offered them. Unfortunately, I learned they do not. I hate to give a business 3 stars but I get so tired of businesses not having accurate online profiles. I even checked the profile and website again to see how I could have misunderstood. The website link in their profile goes to the main Emerald City Smoothie website rather than a location-specific website. So if you go to the Bonney Lake location on the website and then click on view menu, the menu shows smoothie bowls. It was very inconvenient for me because I was there right when they opened at 7am. My meeting was at 7:30am so I disappointed several people. ☹️

The Auburn used to be my favorite, but since I'm not down that way too often, I don't know about it anymore. Either way, the employees here are good. It's a quick in and out and they have a great custom menu. The only weird tid-bit is it feels like the shelves are more and more barren at this location as time goes by. Not sure what to make of that, but the drinks remain a HUGE fan favorite, and my personal go-to when a meal or two has been skipped and I'm trying to put my health back on track. They're not often out of a lot of the supplements that get added in, so it's a genuine relief, but every now and again they are. Still a great location. Nice employees, and very kind.

Love this smoothie shop so much. The owner is amazing and her smoothies are DELICIOUS. we unfortunately do not live local enough to go often anymore, but we made the trip cross country recently and I HAD to come here at least twice during my trip. Best smoothie shop that I have ever been to, even trying multiple in other another state. highly reccomend. 10 stars 😂😋 I'm already missing my fruity supreme!
Fast and friendly service. A selection of protein bars, meat sticks, pre work out, etc on the walls. My favorite smoothie is the coconut passion.

I go there all the time before work or during work because it’s convenient and they’re always nice and good prices for me but today I got a promotional smoothie and it was not good at all the strawberry shortcake and I asked them. Is it OK if I can trade it in for something else, it was still full and everything, they said no so I wasted $10 didn’t even have a smoothie that’s disrespectful and unfair. I won’t be going back there anymore.

Ordered nutty banana, no banana!!! They cut corners and skimp on ingredients. Skip this location & drive a little further for better product

I went in with my 12 year old daughter who was very confused and overwhelmed with a lot of the choices I tried to help her but I am not emerald smoothie savvy either as the worker there was not very informational on any of the flavors or tried to help us with what might be the popular drink or what is a bestseller vice versa as we were walking out the door with our smoothies my daughter tried her smoothie took a sip of it and did not like the taste of the smoothie I had went back to ask if maybe we would be able to trade this for something else I was abruptly told no and then I asked what is it okay if I return the drink and get my cash back for it I was told it's against their policy to exchange the drink for another or to return it with working and customer service for many years I have always compromised for the customer as I would want them to return back and then when trying to leave a review on their Facebook page the owner was extremely rude and talked as if that she was not a charity I was not looking for a charity obviously I was there as a paying customer to begin with and looking for a pleasant time with my daughter and trying something new and healthy worst experience ever
