Why is your coffee so much more expensive than every other local stand? Ps: it’s not even as good as other stands and your staff is less friendly. ??

$18 for two 24oz drinks is getting very ridiculous. Not to mention a “how are you” will go a long way ladies 😅 what happened to customer service

I’ve been there a couple times and there’s a lot of tension among workers and customers when the customers don’t know how or don’t go through the line the proper way? Also, when I approached the window I wasn’t greeted with a hi, hello nothing and the girl didn’t smile one time. In fact, she was downright rude. Perhaps having a bad day but both times I’ve been there I was treated that way. Coffee was ok.
The girl was rude. Gave me the wrong size coffee and argued about it very unpleasant experience.
Coffee was a little strong but they made it exactly the way I wanted it and the people are very friendly. The coffee is pretty pricey tho but I will be coming here again.

I would come here so much more often if it wasn’t so expensive, coffee is great. Previously I was paying almost $9 for a 20oz iced latte, which is a lot but I justified it once a week. Now prices were raised and it’s almost $10, so it will now be a once a month treat. They also add on a service charge for paying with a debit card. Like I would literally come here every day if it was $7 and spend way more money in the long run, so I guess they’re doing me a favor 😅
I paid $12 for a 16oz iced white chocolate americano and a cake pop. That is absolutely outrageous. Not to mention, there was so much ice in my cup that they barely got the straw in and the girl handing me the cup was trying to squeeze it to shift the packed ice.
If they’re going to charge this much for coffee I would hope to get the best coffee, which is not the case unfortunately. And I saw another price increase on their window. I try not to go to often but dang. The price gouging is ridiculous.
I love them. End of story.
My dad and I stopped by for drinks before Christmas shopping. He got a plain latte, no flavors and I got one of their seasonal cold brews. It was almost $18 before the tip. I understand that seasonal drinks are always a little more expensive. But almost $10 for a 20oz cold brew is insane.

I used to love going here because it was right around the corner from me and the coffee was great, customer service was great, and some of the better prices.. Well that has changed, freaking pay $8.50 before tip for a 20oz ice white chocolate mocha is outrageous. I can see why they don't have drastically long lines anymore. And I got my drink at 9:00 in the morning on a work week and I was the only one there before and after leaving.
I love their coffee and their baristas are on top of things. Thanks again ?
