I adore Ichi! They are fast with great quality food. I ended going yesterday for Won Ton Soup because I had teeth surgery and can only have soft foods for a couple days. The cooks and service was timely and kind. The food was perfect, just what I needed for a sore healing mouth. I fully recommend the food! Katsu Chicken and the Teriyaki chicken is bomb too!

Ordered Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Fried Rice & Chicken Yakisoba at 3PM on 4/12. Got food poisoning immediately. I would assume the chicken was left out too long.. Too bad, the food was good until then. Wont be going back

Tasty don’t think it has certain seasonings MSG maybe I don’t know as it does not affect my husband’s MS like other Teriyaki places

THIS RESTAURANT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! My husband and I LOVE this place. The second time we ordered, they called me personally because I left a confusing order note. You can customize your teriyaki in ways ive NEVER seen before; like I said, above and beyond! Every meal is always correct, fresh, and plentiful! They. HOOK. YOU. UP! Look at my photos for proof. My husbands spicy chicken was SO HEAVY. This is my favorite teriyaki place in all of Washington!

This is by far the best teriyaki place that I have been to. Most ALL teriyaki places you go only give you rice and chicken when you order the teriyaki chicken. I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and with a delighted surprise there was vegetables in the bowl as well. This is delicious and I’m positive that all their dishes are delicious as well. I will always keep this place in mind hope to find more.

If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting—great music, a spotless space, and a delicious hot meal. But what truly won me over was the exceptional hospitality.
The gentleman behind the counter was a standout. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and cared for. I even overheard him chatting with other guests, and it was clear he genuinely listened and connected—he remembered details about one customer’s family and spoke with such kindness and interest.
I wish I knew his name because he was truly the gem of this restaurant. Places like this remind you how much a warm human touch can elevate an entire experience. I’ll definitely be back!
