Clean lobby with good lighting. This was my first time to a Jersey Mikes. The sandwiches were fresh and the employees were kind and pleasant.

They were busy!! everyone should work in the food industry to understand how stressful it can be under certain circumstances. They were great & said sorry many times! acknowledged us right away. Thank you!!

My husband and I came in to order 3 sandwiches the two working the front did not even greet us she looked at us 3 times and kept talking to the young boy that was with her, we waited 6 minutes before she even asked are you ready to order. The lady said it will be 15 min It took 45 minutes to get our sandwiches. While we waited patiently 6 other people waited in line and not one worker even acknowledged they were even there come on jersey mikes you can do better. Definitely need a manager on duty at all times and if there was one, maybe need a new one. Not happy

Slow. Visited here December 3rd evening. There were people waiting for online orders and in person for more than 20 minutes! Service is slow as can be.

Lousy service. There were 7 people working at I sat at the cash register for 7 minutes. I asked someone if I could ring up my own order and use ok I’ll help you. Then I had to tell them to start my hot sub order. This place basically caters to to go orders, those of us standing in line were out of luck.

WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?? I'm so furious. I ordered a Philly cheese steak #56 online WITH EXTRA MEAT and this is what I got. The entire thing weighed 6oz in the container! This is such a joke.

This is one of my families favorite sandwich shops. 🥪 Always fresh only reason not all 5 stars is the service is not top of game. I've been in there on more than one occasion and no other customers or maybe one other yet takes awhile before you are even acknowledged and all workers are right in front of you so not like they can't see you. Yesterday, I even ordered online before leaving to pick up, and they were not busy. I had 20 minutes to prepare 3 sandwiches, yet they had not even started the order. 😶 I still tipped, though.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been in. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for them to take my order when I was ready to pay the cashier pointed at the sign on the cash register about they were not able to take 50 and 100!dollar bill. I was paying with a 50 dollar bill. Did I mention that I had a lunch break of 20 minutes. This could be handled way differently. Terrible customer service.

The worst location I’ve ever been to. I put in an online order and I waited an extra hour for my order and the employees behind the counter were showing no initiative to get through orders. I’ve never had a hot sub made correctly. I don’t make substitutions but they never include the sauce. Husband orders the buffalo chicken cheesesteak, no buffalo. I order the chipotle chicken cheesesteak, no chipotle mayo. If it was once or twice I’d chalk it to a new employee but I’ve always had a dry cheesesteak over the year I’ve frequented this location. I expect the employees to know what comes on their sandwiches.

We went there on 7/5 at 4pm and the place was completely filthy. Roast beef all over the floor where you order and pay. The kid asked if she wanted her sandwich Mike’s way and she said yes. Got home and it had no mayo, salt and pepper, or cheese. Spent $20 for this.

Terrible service. Ordered two hot subs and waited over 25 minutes never started making our food when people were coming in and out and even doing online orders. Started cooking my sandwich then I got a refund. Don’t go here if you wanna wait a million years like I have every time.
