Great service tonight with a friendly smile. The servers all had great attitudes, even when it was hard to hear my daughter’s order and he had to make multiple changes.

Don’t order ahead. I ordered ahead online and waited over 40 minutes to get my order. The focus seems to be on in person customers only.

I come to this location quite often since it's very close to home, I want to say that I've had a great experience here and the food is also great, The only thing that was odd last time that I came here was that I ordered a club supreme, when I got home and tried the sandwich it tasted like tuna, I thought it would be just a slice but it ended up being the whole sandwich, personally I don't like tuna that much but I still ate a sandwich, lol I went back today to order another sandwich and everything was great. I guess my only suggestion is to not use The same knife but you guys probably already do that and I understand mistakes happen but yeah great service.

Lousy service! I was the only customer in the entire place. There were 4 employees behind the counter who decided to ignore me for 10 minutes until I asked where I was supposed to order. Someone finally faces me and made eye contact. One of the other employees was laughing at me - rude and immature. The manager finally came out and refused to give me her boss’ contact info. Won’t be going back and will let all friends and family know how rude the employees are. If I could give negative stars I would.

The past times I have been here, most of the staff is great, but lately there has been this lady who is just completely rude, dismissive, and obnoxious. She is a bigger lady with green glasses. She practically yells at the customers and is so loud, that you can’t even enjoy dining in. I have never put a review out on any restaurant, let alone a bad one. Everyone else here is great, but my dad and I almost don’t want to come back if she is going to be here. I have never experienced someone who disregards the customers more than she does.

Ordered a number 12 mini and to begin the roast beef was not evenly distributed in the sandwich, also the roast beef was waaaaaaaaaaay too thick cut. Also on the juice was very light (not anywhere near .6oz) not to mention the bread was underbaked and too light brown. I am severely disappointed and know this store can do better

The kitchen was a complete mess when I went to pick up my sandwich there were 4 young people in the kitchen and they couldn’t handle all the people and been organized in the kitchen I couldn’t believed my eyes lol .I was waiting trying to talk one of the guys to get my order online looks the barely want to talked to you i seen to couple left the restaurant because of that they to slow too that happens when you hired this young generation they don’t want to do anything that my humble opinion I probably don’t coming back

I’m not a person who writes reviews and don’t think I ever have but today’s experience left my jaw dropped. I went in at 1:30pm and it was absolutely slammed and the wait was long but no worries, it’s a busy lunch I completely get it but the way I’m assuming the manager on duty at the time talked to some of the other employees was not acceptable. I own a business with multiple locations so I understand big rushes and stress when you start to fall behind but I believe you should always treat employees with respect. At this time there was easily 40 DoorDash orders/ to go orders and one of the girls was falling behind a little bit but you could tell she was trying hard to keep up. the female on duty manager at the time just absolutely berated her In front of the whole store, I mean it just absolutely went silent while we listened to this young girl get yelled at about how she’s behind on orders over and over again. I mean at least bring her to the back for a moment and talk to her about finding a resolution to picking up the pace but yelling at her in front of the whole store? Come on now

Clean lobby with good lighting. This was my first time to a Jersey Mikes. The sandwiches were fresh and the employees were kind and pleasant.

My husband and I came in to order 3 sandwiches the two working the front did not even greet us she looked at us 3 times and kept talking to the young boy that was with her, we waited 6 minutes before she even asked are you ready to order. The lady said it will be 15 min It took 45 minutes to get our sandwiches. While we waited patiently 6 other people waited in line and not one worker even acknowledged they were even there come on jersey mikes you can do better. Definitely need a manager on duty at all times and if there was one, maybe need a new one. Not happy

Slow. Visited here December 3rd evening. There were people waiting for online orders and in person for more than 20 minutes! Service is slow as can be.
