The chicken salad sandwich was mostly mayo and it mainly tasted like mayo. Didn’t look anything like their ad picture. Won’t ever order it again.

Ordered online at 5:30pm to be picked up at 6:30pm, I got there at 6:30pm expecting to just walk in and grab my food just to find out it wasn't ready. It took them 30 more minutes to get my food. Also when asked what I was waiting on after I responded the worker would just dissappear without a response, I was not the only annoyed customer that ordered online.

I placed my order online and went into the store to pick it up. While waiting, I noticed two customers who arrived about five minutes after me were served and left about seven minutes before I even received my to-go order. When I finally got my food and returned home, I found that my order was incorrect — despite requesting extra mayo, it was not added.

I called the store to explain the situation and simply asked for a refund. Instead of addressing this straightforward request, the shift manager (Lily) asked me to bring the sandwich back to the store to “verify” it. I found this to be unreasonable and disrespectful — as if I would go out of my way to falsely claim a missing condiment.

While still on the call, I could hear Lily and her coworkers laughing in the background. She then claimed she didn’t know how to process a refund because the “refund button wouldn’t work.” To make matters worse, she said she could “write my name down and let the manager know tomorrow,” but there was no sincerity in her voice and no confidence that anything would actually be handled. It felt like a brush-off that would be forgotten — a reflection of her inept ability to do her job and deliver basic customer service.

Ultimately, I had to drive back to the store in person, which was entirely avoidable if my concern had been handled properly over the phone.

Don’t order ahead. I ordered ahead online and waited over 40 minutes to get my order. The focus seems to be on in person customers only.

I come to this location quite often since it's very close to home, I want to say that I've had a great experience here and the food is also great, The only thing that was odd last time that I came here was that I ordered a club supreme, when I got home and tried the sandwich it tasted like tuna, I thought it would be just a slice but it ended up being the whole sandwich, personally I don't like tuna that much but I still ate a sandwich, lol I went back today to order another sandwich and everything was great. I guess my only suggestion is to not use The same knife but you guys probably already do that and I understand mistakes happen but yeah great service.

Lousy service! I was the only customer in the entire place. There were 4 employees behind the counter who decided to ignore me for 10 minutes until I asked where I was supposed to order. Someone finally faces me and made eye contact. One of the other employees was laughing at me - rude and immature. The manager finally came out and refused to give me her boss’ contact info. Won’t be going back and will let all friends and family know how rude the employees are. If I could give negative stars I would.

The past times I have been here, most of the staff is great, but lately there has been this lady who is just completely rude, dismissive, and obnoxious. She is a bigger lady with green glasses. She practically yells at the customers and is so loud, that you can’t even enjoy dining in. I have never put a review out on any restaurant, let alone a bad one. Everyone else here is great, but my dad and I almost don’t want to come back if she is going to be here. I have never experienced someone who disregards the customers more than she does.
