I will preface this by saying I have never left a negative review on any food anywhere but this was honestly appalling. I spent $85 for my family to eat at this establishment and we couldn't even eat any of it. My son had car trouble so I couldn't make it back to return the food before closing but the patties...all of them... in every burger... were literally charcoal. The fries were either burnt or cooked in way too old oil. We've had the fry issue happen before but everything else was good so we let it go, stuff happens...but this time the entire meal was completely inedible. So disappointed because I normally love your food but we will not be coming back.

I'm a delivery driver and went to pick up an order. I was also going to order a cheeseburger for myself because I have low blood sugar and was shaking/sweating.
They refused to let me order because I'm a delivery driver. I'm pissed. If I get into an accident because they discriminative towards me because of my job.... So help me...
I had money btw, I wasn't looking for a handout. What business is it of theirs if I'm a delivery driver? Stupid

I don't know if me and my husband went on a bad day but the burger patty was so thin that it was overcooked and was just blah and the french fries weren't cooked enough they were really soggy but they were seasoned perfect. Put their fries sauce is on point and really really good I'm pretty sure we went on a bad day so we are definitely going to give this another try.😊😉🫶👌
They used to be good. But recently they can't seem to cook their burgers properly. Their burgers are already thin, they should NOT be pink. I'm not wanting ANOTHER night of diarrhea.

My favorite place to eat in Buckley when I visit! I highly recommend anyone giving it a try. Food is amazing and so reasonably priced! I have never had a bad experience there.

I’ve gone a few times over the last couple months or so. It’s ok overall, but the burgers are mediocre with a really small patty and they have canned drinks. Prices are ok but for $10 I would much rather go somewhere else to get a meal that I would enjoy better

A little burger cart in the parking lot of Eagles club. The burgers & fries remind me of in&out burger. Usually only manned by one person so it can get busy quick and order times can vary, but definitely worth the wait. A regular place for burgers for me, And the prices are very reasonable.

I have always been one to support Buckley. Jubilee you need to go. I shouldn't have to request every time to make sure the fries are fresh. Didn't do it tonight and again got old burnt fries. I won't be returning. Three strikes and you are out. Also raise your prices, means less of a tip.

I was delivering milk to the coffee stand nearby and decided to walk over and get a cheeseburger. I waited about seven minutes to see if he would turn around. There was no other customers and he was making himself a burger. I know the burgers are good, that’s why I wanted one. I even said hello to try to get his attention. Not sure if he was wearing earbuds or not.
