I come here maybe 2 times a month. Last week an item was missing from my order. I came in today with a new order and mentioned the missing item from last week. They took care of it with no questions.
On top of that, these guys are always so happy. Pleasant and clean lobby regularly and a quick drive thru. There's a KFC closer to me by 2 miles and I still prefer the BL crew. Thanks for ALWAYS making It a great experience.

As with everyone else leaving a review, language barrier is horrible. Went over my order in drive through multiple times, went over it again when paying and got home with it still messed up. Wrong items, missing items, and not hot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Ordered and were told to park and wait. 45 minutes later I went in a second time and got a refund. While waiting employees twice attempted delivery. However, neither were our order.The first time I went in the clerk said the food was “just coming out and we’re bringing it out.” 20 minutes later still no food.
I waited 20 minutes and then got a refund and left, so I can't really review the food, but I don't think that kind of wait is reasonable without some sort of communication with the customer.

I recently ordered a 12 piece bucket and was expecting to get everything that should be included. I got 2 pieces of white meat and the rest was dark and my family was very disappointed by this. I have been reading a lot of these reviews and I got pretty much the same out come. When you order a 12 piece it needs to be 3 wings, 3 breats, 3 drums, and 3 thighs and I did not receive this and it kinda ruined my families dinner.

sad atmosphere, no people - empty, I spilled cola on myself, the cashier is nice but doesn't speak Russian, too bad, the music is like from the 90s, I don't like that, the chicken is good but not the best, it's very expensive, I don't know what I'm paying for.
