My son and I went into this restaurant and I specifically told the waitress we wanted a burrito just bean and cheese nothing on top no ricer beans on the side just plain...
She comes out with a burrito that wasn't even wrapped with a bunch of melted cheese on top and beans coming out of the sides of the burrito.
Needless to say, me and my son looked at each other and said we need to find a new Mexican restaurant!!!
This is the third time an order has come to us and how's it been what we asked for

I hope that the owner realizes the level of service has most definitely dropped lately. I was in there last night and the restaurant was empty at dinner time. I think Bonney Lake is realizing that they can spend their money somewhere with better service. You and your bar stuff should stop worrying about someone taking their leftovers on their plate and start working on their level of customer services.

Was there weekend before Christmas. We had a large party but once we were seated it almost felt like they had forgotten about us. Even with the restaurant being near empty.

The food is very BLAND. I am an Azteca person and this was probably thee worst Mexican food I have ever had. And it had a very overwhelming smell of bleach in the restaurant, which made it really hard to eat with the smell. Don't get me wrong the restaurant is gorgeous and the service is amazing but the food is a no go for me. We have given it many tries so this is not just 1 and done review. I have been here about 3 times and it does not change. Its a shame

The food was excellent ,fresh veggies had the perfect amount of seasoning recommend serving for two .
Booked a large group 30+ and was told we would have the entire banquet room for our event from 5-8 all to ourselves. The day before our dinner the manager calls to tell us we’ll need to be done by 730 because he’s very busy but reassured us that we’d have the entire room to ourselves. The day of, we show up and another 20+ group was already seated in this banquet room and we’d be sharing the space. Obviously angry I reminded the manager he said “the entire room”, to which he replied “I would never promise that on a Saturday night”. So he lied to us on the phone and to our face. Don’t trust the manger that runs this establishment, he will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you in the door. He double booked us and tried to gaslight me knowing we couldn’t make last minute reservations anywhere else. Go else where!

Really like this place. My wife says it reminds her of her childhood Mexican restaurants in Texas. The music isn’t loud, If there’s any, there’s lots of spaces between the tables you don’t feel like you’re sitting on top of each other and the food is excellent.
