Please STOP microwaving your Big Macs! I’m sure you do it to all the burgers but common gotten 4 in a row bun hot and gooey, the lettuce is hotter than the meet and super gooey, 4-bought and 4 thrown away. Just nasty! If this is the way to get people to quit eating fast food it’s working.

Polite staff, stellar atmosphere. Sometimes I get a weird vibe, but there aren’t a lot of Black people in Bonney Lake, could just be my anxiety.
They crush the small stuff, coffee perfect every time, drive-thru quick, food always hot and fresh, blueberry cream pies microwaved like a love letter.
The deal-breaker? Sandwich accuracy. If I order two spicy sandwiches, I want two spicy sandwiches, not some mystery McMuffin combo. This happens every time I order more than one sandwich.
McDonald’s food has always been “mid,” and I’ve made peace with that. But the social contract is sacred, money for exactly what I ordered. Break that, and it’s not just a wrong sandwich. It’s a breach of trust, a tiny betrayal in a paper bag.
I want what I want. If I’m not getting it, I’ll give my money to one of the other Mickey D’s in these streets. I wish it didn’t have to be this way.

I asked for the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and i made sure at the window that was the one he said yes but instead they gave me a hot and spicy mcchicken. Also one of our burgers did not have mac sauce on it and we asked for it and they also left out our side of bbq and sweet & sour sauce.i like mcdonalds but i am very dissappointed about the messing up today on our order.

This was without a doubt the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever visited in the continental US. The staff was SO nice and attentive during a late night visit on our way to Rainier. Well done!!

The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. As for the food, it's a McDonalds. You're not getting fine dining, and you're not paying for it. You're paying for quick and easy non nutritional meal. It's likely unhealthy, harmful even. But chances are you're well aware of its nutritional value.

It's mostly fine, but when they mess up (which will happen; it's understandable and totally fine) they always get super rude...? The first several times I thought it was a fluke or something, but it's really strange! I've seen it with other customers, too. Customers can be nice and reasonable, but the employees get super defensive and aggressive for some reason? I'm sure they have a lot of terrible customers, but that doesn't mean you need to treat everyone like that.
Definitely check your order. Btw, if you order common food during rush hour it will be terrible. Out of rush hour it's pretty good!

Gavin was the rudest manager I’ve ever endured. I have no idea how he is a manager. First off I was a DoorDasher and asked to use the bathroom , he then said no I couldn’t because it’s a safety issue. All other McDonald’s have let me previously. I brushed it off and left, he then ran outside to tell me again obviously irritated for whatever reason. I brush it off again , go to pick up my doordash order and he said it’s already been picked up. He then tells me “I need to move there is a customer behind me” mid conversation mind you . It sounds like no attitude over text but the way he said it and mannerisms was crazy. Like “moveeee get out of the way”
I then drove off and he yells “BYEE”
To where the next customer was confused as to why he was yelling if any higher ups would like to speak to me about it I would love that. I’ve also contacted doordash and let them know how rude he was and I do not feel comfortable from now on taking orders from this McDonald’s.
I really wish I recorded the interaction to have this man fired. Shame on him
