It's mostly fine, but when they mess up (which will happen; it's understandable and totally fine) they always get super rude...? The first several times I thought it was a fluke or something, but it's really strange! I've seen it with other customers, too. Customers can be nice and reasonable, but the employees get super defensive and aggressive for some reason? I'm sure they have a lot of terrible customers, but that doesn't mean you need to treat everyone like that.
Definitely check your order. Btw, if you order common food during rush hour it will be terrible. Out of rush hour it's pretty good!

Gavin was the rudest manager I’ve ever endured. I have no idea how he is a manager. First off I was a DoorDasher and asked to use the bathroom , he then said no I couldn’t because it’s a safety issue. All other McDonald’s have let me previously. I brushed it off and left, he then ran outside to tell me again obviously irritated for whatever reason. I brush it off again , go to pick up my doordash order and he said it’s already been picked up. He then tells me “I need to move there is a customer behind me” mid conversation mind you . It sounds like no attitude over text but the way he said it and mannerisms was crazy. Like “moveeee get out of the way”
I then drove off and he yells “BYEE”
To where the next customer was confused as to why he was yelling if any higher ups would like to speak to me about it I would love that. I’ve also contacted doordash and let them know how rude he was and I do not feel comfortable from now on taking orders from this McDonald’s.
I really wish I recorded the interaction to have this man fired. Shame on him

Teenagers need to know manners, especially when someone thanks them. They also need to know that it is a customer service to be nice or you will get back the same from others the way you treat them

Went through the drive thru and got my food. Went in to get a refill and the lady accosted me and said you have to pay for a refill. I said I just went through the drive thru and I can show my receipt. She didn’t care and said I had to pay for the refill. Only dine in customers can refill. She was mean about it and insisted I had to pay for another cup to get a refill.
Ok well for $1.50 I can just buy my soda elsewhere and get a refill there. Super rude customer service and employee.
