Ok service. Ok food. Prices definitely went up. Cheaper to eat at Denny's. Stopped again for lunch. My order was not right. But I ate it anyway. For $12 bucks. If I could give a zero stars I would have. No wonder fast food is going automated.

They restaurant was clean and well maintained, food was great. I guess my only complaint was the noise. The employees are great and gave good service but the chatter behind the counter was so loud I couldn't really read or concentrate. I know to get through the day they have to chat personally to pass the the time but wow it was really loud.

HORRIBLE. My husband just came out of here feeling embarrassed by employees at this location just because he asked to have a Mc chicken cut in half. Was laughed at and had jokes made about it by employees in the back. Employees here are extremely rude.

Why is the south hill McDonald’s better than this one? The south hill fries are always hot and salted. Every time I come here, the fries are not fresh and taste so bland. Your team also always forget to put the sauces in the bag when we go through the drive thru. This has happened multiple times and it’s annoying when you want to enjoy sauce with nuggets and don’t realize you didn’t get any until you’re already home. Today we got lack luster fries, no sauce, and the wrong soda. Not that you care, but I’ll just spend my money at Wendy’s now.
Was not impressed with the service I got today. They were missing stuff and this literally happens every time I go. I usually never complain but at this point if no one says anything they will just keep doing

After struggling with the app. Ordered our food to be delivered it arrived in a timely manner and was still warm. Everything was as ordered and after major disappointment with other major fast food places was delighted to find out that McDonald's has been striving to return to their older higher standards that they used to have. We will be repeat customers.

My fries were stone cold. Couldn't eat them. Ask for ketchup and got 1 pkg, ridiculous. Classic quarter pounder tasted like grease. Food was no edible. Going back tomarrow to talk to manager. So disappointed.

6 cars went through before they took my order in the right side. I get up to get my food, they send me to the drive around ans wait. Literally 8 cars go past me till I get my food. My drinks were watered down from the ice melting by the time I got my food. Seriously the worst service from them yet.
