Just want to say a huge thank you to the evening team.
My son just got out of the emergency room on 02/11/25. He wanted to get Menchies so bad. I told him we might not make it because we had to wait for nurse to sign us out. We left at 8:55PM and came at 9:03PM to Menchies. The team was so accommodating, that they let us come in even after 9PM. My kids were able to get some ice cream and were so happy. Not only that, but my son was able to be so happy even though he had a broken arm and sling. Thank you for your gift as well team. Thank you so much for serving us and the Bonney Lake community. You really made our evening. We are thankful! God bless!

My kids love the froyo. Unfortunately service is kind of spotty here. Sometimes the staff is really helpful and everything looks clean and other times it feels like staff is nowhere to be found and there’s stuff all over the counters even if it’s slow.

I LOVE MENCHIES! It is a great place to take your kids in for a treat! It has so many toppings and many flavors, plus they rotate their flavors every week or so. The employees are very kind and helpful. They keep the place pretty clean and neat!

Went on a relatively slow Saturday evening. They were out of most all the sauces/toppings. I asked the kid behind the register if they had anymore. He said no. We paid for our subpar ice cream with basically nothing on it. Not two minutes later his friend -who was behind the counter when I asked -brought out refills for all of them. Staffed by a bunch of lazy teenagers . You’d be better off going to the one in Lakeland Hills.
Frozen yogurt with whatever toppings you want. You're only a kid once, enjoy dessert first! Even if you're still just a kid at heart.

Excellent froyo and great toppings. It’s expensive, but froyo is. They have $6 Fridays (4 toppings) from 7-10, so if you want to save a bit, come then. Otherwise, download their app for rewards, etc.

Great froyo, good service! Me and the fam stopped by on the 4th of July for some refreshing froyo and we weren't disappointed. Some outside seating, a no pets sign(which I liked), and good friendly service. A great stop for a cooling treat!
