The restaurant was clean. Prices are to be expected in this economy. The service was not wonderful. The employee was not friendly. He was not kind to his fellow employees which was a little uncomfortable. He did not treat us badly just acted irritated the whole time we ordered. Our food was made in an expected time frame (fairly busy dinner rush). We got 2 pizzas, a salad and cheesy bread. All of it was very yummy and nobody had any complaints. The atmosphere is fun in this restaurant and my kids really enjoy going. The employees who were in the back cooking and boxing up the pizzas were very nice and provided all the sauces we asked for without making us feel bad. If you go there for anything I definitely recommend the cheese bread.

Typically great made to order pizzas...parking is VERY limited...so make sure you follow the arrows in the too small parking lot. One of the lanes behind the building allows you past the Habit Burger Drive through line of cars back to the exit roadway.

Mod Pizza in Bonney Lake: A Disappointing Experience
Yesterday I visited the Mod Pizza location in Bonney Lake, and I have to say, it was an extremely underwhelming experience. Me & friends arrived 20-25 minutes before closing time, and we ordered 3 pizzas, only to be met with a disappointing result.
The pizzas were clearly underbaked, with the cheese melted and the vegetables still raw. It was evident that the staff was rushing to close for the day and had not properly cooked our order. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply apologized without making any effort to rectify the situation.
This level of service and food quality is simply unacceptable, especially for a pizza establishment. Bonney Lake is home to several renowned pizza places that are known for their delicious pizza’s , but Mod Pizza failed to live up to those standards.
I cannot recommend this Mod Pizza location to anyone looking for a satisfying pizza experience. The staff's inability to handle customer complaints and the overall subpar quality of the food make this place not worth visiting. There are far better options in the Bonney Lake area that deserve your patronage.

The employees were happy and talkative and when I asked what their favorites were I could tell they really enjoyed the food as well and was turned on to a great pizza although I cannot seem to remember what it was called lol definitely gonna hit this place more often

Had horrible service. Came in with a group of 3 adults a toddler and baby. I was the only one asked if I wanted sauce on top or on the side I answered and told the guy he will have to ask the other 2. Well he never asked so when trying to pay when I asked for dipping sauce. Another worker very rudely said " you should have already told us that when you first started the pizza" so after paying he asked I wanted a reciep and I answered yes and grabbed it from him. Then he turns around and gives more attitude. Also none of them are wearing name tags. Honestly I've been to a lot of places where there are rude workers but this mod pizza was one of the worst with customer service. I will be informing everyone I know about how unprofessional these workers are. I will not be returning to this location again.
